No further docs requested up to now..waiting still for visa grant

thank you for the info. After kasi nya makakuha ng PR tsaka kami nagpakasal & he need to go back for work kaya short time lang talaga kami nagkasama at dun na yun plan nya na mag settle kami..

Hindi sis.. Almost 8 years na sya sa AU and last year lang na approved un PR nya. Nagkikita kami every vacay nya dito sa Pinas. After lang nya nakuha yun PR nya kami nagpakasal..

@janeology same here...wala kmi cohabitation for 12 months..i just state the usual scenario when my husband is here for a vacation. Plus i have a friend defacto apply nila..wala dn cla cohabitation though me anak sila..her partner was granted 309 in 3mos.lang

Date of lodgement: Sep. 30, 2015

Place of lodgement: VFS Manila

Acknowledgement: Oct. 1, 2015

PCC and medical examination: Oct 1, 2015

After 5 months got a request from embassy for CENOMAR and NBI clearance's explanation: March 1,2016

Submitted additional docs: March 8, 2016

Hi guys,

Sharing the good news! Visa granted yesterday.

Timeline namin- 8 1/2 months

Lodgemnt date- 23 jun 15

July- request for medical, and police clearance

october- NSO copies of Birth Cert and Marriage Certs and Cenomar

february - Form 815

March 7- Grant

au based ang agent namin pero i think forwarded sa manila ofc ang application. kc pinadala ko sa au ang application.

Hi to all who are still waiting for the visa grant. My PV309/100 was granted today. It's 6 months and 10 days waiting,lodgement date August 28 thru VFS makati, No agent. Me and my hubby prepared all the documents. Goodluck to all who's still waiting think positive and God bless

@monz yes sunod sunod na yan 😃 gusto ko na nga magflyt kaso I still need to resign from my job. The co who granted my visa if I can leave soon my first entry to Australia is before April 8.
