Hello! Does anyone here had the same case w/ me, i applied for partner's visa then got pregnant on the process, deferred my xray exam & waited for delivery?

I would also like to know how did you included your child in the application?

@janeology your visa approval requires xray so ma de delay din naman sya until you give birth.

maybe, the best thing to do is to directly ask your case officer once they request for medicals that you are pregnant and also ask if you can include your child in the application once you give birth.

Thank you @onioncube! Sabi ng CO ko after birth nalang nya i-discuss sa akin kung pano i-add si baby. Nag try ako mag email pero wala pa answer. Hopefully, maisama na din si baby pag na approve. God bless!

Hello, new here in this forum, and hoping you can help. I lodged my partner visa application a week ago (May 28 2017). Nag aattach na din ako ng lahat docs na meron kami. I am thinking of doing the medical check up in advance. My hubby is an Oz citizen and will be coming here in two weeks. Kaya ko naisip na magpamedical na in advance kasi we are planning to get pregnant this month. Okay lang kaya to go ahead with the medical kahit wala pang CO na nakaasign sa amin? Would really appreciate your thoughts. Salamat im advance and have a blessed Sunday to all!

Hi @miranda82 immi will tell u when to go and have ur medical. Check ur account regularly. They will give u hap-id, it is a reqt during the medical. Hope it will help. Cheers.

@miranda82 sa experience ko, after 2 months tsaka kami nagka case officer and they emailed and asked for medical. siguro pwede mo i timing.... ng mga end of june ka magpa medical using the hap id asa immi account mo yun dapat. para by the time na may naka assign na officer meron ka ng medical.

ang nabasa ko lang sa ibang forum na sometimes pag matagal tsaka nagkaroon ng case office magiging invalid un health exam mo dahil you submitted too early so pwede mo siguro i timing na lang na mg aafter 1-2 months tsaka ka mag submit.

Thanks @onioncube and @shela_79_02. I have a HAP ID na so ayun, nagpamedical nako nung Friday. Excited lang hahaha. Kasi feeling ko i will get preggy na this week pagdating ng hubby ko. Praying lang na sana a case officer will be assigned to us soon, complete naman na kasi documents ko.

Nung time ng application ko they did not inform me anything until after 6 months ata un. They called my sponsor na need ko na bumalik sa pinas after nya mag follow up sa status ng visa ko.

Now, I'm waiting sa visa 100 na. No update yet galing sa immi.

Hi everyone! Would just like to inquire if anyone has the same case with me or can advice me. We applied for a partner visa 309 via immi account. Complete na docs and medical. Nagrequest na rin CO namin ng cenomar and naprovide naman na po namin. But hubby moved out to a new residential address. So we submitted form 1022 as per CO's advice and he said, "once received we will proceed with amendments". Do you guys have any idea how long it will take yung amendment na ganun?

may i ask po sino nakapag lodge ng stage 2 subclass 100 through immi account. May additional docs po kc n ni request according sa imiiaccount pero i didnt recv any email sa inbox and spam folder.

Then ung sa mga police clearance po kailangn lang b ung country in which you have stayed for 12 months cumulatively from the temp visa approval?

@lauraine I think mabilis na lang un. when we submitted our cenomar and health medical result.. we got our visa granted 3 business days after. i don't think malaking change un residential address.

@onioncube sa manila din po ba kayo? Almost two weeks na po kasi since we submitted the cenomar. Haven't heard from our co again.

Hi guys! Meron ba dito nag lodge ng partner visa last April 2017? May naapprove na ba sa inyo? 2wks ago nag email yng CO namin asking for cenomar and health undertaking..curious lang ako gano katagal sila mag approve after that stage. Share nyo nman experience nyo. Thanks! 🙂
