@bibi_gurl nalilito kasi kmi ng partner ko about sa cenomar.. wala nman kasi na mention na kailangan namin kumuha ng panibago at isend sa au embassy.. sinend nmin yung cenomar namin last year bago kmi ikasal.. sana hindi kmi nagkamali

Meron kc samen n binigay n instruction na kumuha online sa psa tpos isend s embassy tpos pag naaccomplish mo n un icclick ung nsa visa application mo n naprovide mo n yun saka magging in progress na ung status mo. Pero kung wala nmn plang instruction n gnun sau wait kn lng. Nagemail din kmi sa co nmjn n nasend nnmin para aware xa.

Hi there @bibi_gurl. Just would like to comment. If de facto ka and di pa kayo ikakasal, it's subclass 300. Subclass 309 is for married.

@miranda82 hi! I’ve been following ur posts pati ung mga advices mo... anyway, im sure na 309 ang nilodge namin. My partner is a nurse there having PR and we’ve been together for 7yrs. Tinawag p nya sa embassy yun before lodging. We got contacted by our CO a month after requesting for cenomar on both parties.

@miranda82 gusto ko nga ng 300 sana kc prospective marriage nga kmi kaso we are advised by the embassy n mas ok ang 309 kc long term n kmi.

Alrigthie. I suppose they made an exception in your case becasue of the length of time that u were together. Good luck in your application. It's a long wait though. I have lodged mine May of this year but until now waiting pa din.

@miranda82 thank you for tagging me along... but i beg to disagree that subclass 309 visa is just for married couples... we have read the whole book and it stated that it also includes the de facto individuals.

Mas maiksi daw kc ang waiting time for 309 compared sa 300 so we are advised to do so... so far, wala nmng negative feedback from our CO but if something happens i will update everyone. By the way, enjoy ur trip to oz
