@kate26 hindi Nila ko hinahanapan kasi nabasa ko sa kabilang forum na ang dami palang kailangan,anyway passport at visa grant nlng ang dadalhin nmn ng anak ko at id's siguro. Thank you. Dami nagagrant ngaun may applicants sana sumunod na Kming June .

@MSW de facto kpo direct grant ang binigay sau pero nasa 1st stage of application plang kau? Tama po ba? Ilang years na kau as de facto partner? Salamat and. Congrats uli.

@Yra1106 yes po me and my son got a direct grant(during the 1st stage). Almost 4 years na kaming de-facto upon lodging the application and our son was 2 at the time :-)

Ung mga sponsors po ba required mag AFP clearance? We're front loading docs but if it's not needed then I'll not bother. Or all cases are required?

Eh Kasi nakalagay sponsors daw have to submit police clearance from home countries if they have spent 12 months in the last ten years?

Tama Po ba? Or yung mga may experience na your sponsors are pinoy but PR, pano ginawa, nag wait pa muna request Ng CO?

Sa Philippine embassy sa Sydney ba mag aaply Ng NBI?

@kindred sponsors are required to have an afp clearance from australia. The applicant is required to provide NBI clearance from Philippines and from other countries na nagspent ka ng 12months or more within the past 10years. in my case, since I’ve worked in dubai till 2011 so nanghingi din sila ng dubai police clearance aside from NBI clearance dito sa philippines. hope it helps :-)

@kindred Sa part ng sponsor ko, nag-apply lang sya ng afp clearance online then pinost sa aus address nya yung clearance certificate(within 7days). Valid for 1yr po yun

Teka eh Kung halimbawa ung sponsor eh umuuwe sten Ng tig 3 weeks for holiday each time pinakamatagal na ang 7 weeks na holiday kailangan pa din kumuha aside from AFP eh ung NBI? Kasi pagkakaintindi namin Ng rule eh kailangan Ng NBI din Ng sponsor if staying there was " 90 days or a total of 12 months for the last ten years " eh pinakamatagal na 7 weeks and less than 12 months in total naman.

Pero Kung Mali pano nag apply Ng NBI from OZ ?

@kindred if yung sponsor mo is nagstay ng australia more than 12 months in last 10 years.. then he needs to get AFP

@kindred . for your concerns much better to call manila embassy.. they can maybe help you..if they can't , just wait for your case officer to request it kung meron..
