@jowin18 sensya na po ala po ako idea sa question nyo...@[deleted] anu po bang subclass mu??? 300 kasi ako.. nov 5 ako nglodge tas feb 4 hingi co ko ng add docs.. then feb 5 pinasa ko lahat un!! hehehhee... atat lang.. tapos april 8 nagsend ako ng email ko sa co ko asking her kung kailangan na bang kausapin ni fiancee un celebrant para imove un wedding date.. wednesday nagsend ng grant email.. kulang naman heheheh

@elena05 300 un akin sis, nov.13 ako nag lodge taz jan26 humingi ng addtl docs ung original copy ng birth,cenomar,nbi taz ung marriage celebrant letter, pati nga transcript eh hiningi napasa ko xa Feb 23 na hehe, after nun wala na, then email ako kahapon if my handle na ng application ko, ayun nga application has been allocated by case officer daw, no clear answer if meron o wala. Sana di na tumagal ng 9 mos.

@JD2012 kelan po ang kasal if i may ask?? kasi un po ung naging reason kung bakit siguro ni grant ni co ko un visa agad.... ayon sa sobrang excitement nakalimutan pa ung pinakamahalaga!!!..... at saka san po kayo papunta??

@elena05 gumawa ng letter yung marriage celebrant namin mga July ung expected month namin kc sure namin sa process time ng visa. Sa sydney ako sis. Ikaw saan ? Kaloka yang CO mu, andun lang malamang yung file na yun kc aattach lang nman nya like nung mga nasent na nia sayo. Pahirapan pa xa n nga my mali lol

ah kaya pala di na ako hiningan ng additional docs eh napasa ko n kz lhat, ielts, trancript of record, certifications/certificate ng lahat ng seminars i attended. i also mentioned in my statement of my relationship where I worked at, that is why they did not ask for form 80. Sana naman wag naman ako mghintay ng sobrang tagal, 5months is a very long wait. 3 months pa lang ako...🙁

@forevern4always request nila sis mga transcript ko kc late registration daw nkalagay sa birth cert ko, kaya ayun request pa ko and sent ko after a month hehe.. ok lng magwait yung nalalamn mu ung status, eto kc wala eh, di mu din alam if naresib o hindi ung addtl docs.

@forevern4always dont worry sis malapit ka na.. pero bakit di kaya ako hiningian ng tor???!! @JD2012 kaloka talaga!! ako nsw din Bathurst, 3 hrs daw from sydney.. hehhehe.. galing naman madami tayong taga nsw.. kasi po ung date namin may 11... so kaya sinabi ko un sa co ko!! kaloka nga!! as in! ayon ang ending punta ako bukas sa mismong embassy... ewan ko lang kung mabigyan pa nila ako ng alibi.. at di na rin ako tatanggap ng promises!!! mga letse sila!! ganyan din po ako walang nainig na kahit anu nung may marinig natuwa ako even thanked her only to find out na mas malaking kamalasan pala un.. dahil mas malaking problema pa pala ang kinakaharap ko.... dahil naandar na ung days ng visa eto pa rin ako.. 😛

@elena05, i think di pa mg run ung visa mo. paglapag mo ng oz dun pa lng mg take effect ang 9month provisional visa mo. lalo n now na di pa nila nasend yung grant letter.

This visa is valid for nine months from the time it is granted.

oh ganun na...cia kulitin mo na yang co mo, kaloka nga ngyari sau dear. .buti mabait yang fiancee mo. maayos rin yan, mkakalipad ka na this month kaya always think positive para maganda ka sa kasal mo.

@forevern4always di po pala pede pumunta sa embassy ng basta basta.. huhuhu... ayon si fiancee gusto ifax ko un documents na nareceive ko sa diac.... sana sa saturday makaalis na... 😐

yeah that's right. they only allow u if u have emergency concerns.

@elena05, here is their say re emergency case:

Direct applications at the Manila Visa Office are only allowed for emergency cases such as medical emergencies, death/funerals, or urgent business travels. For all other cases, the application must be made through our service delivery partner channels.

If you believe you meet any of the emergency case circumstances, please send an email and put the nature of your emergency on the subject line...I fofollowup mo nlng sa fiancee mo ung case mo. cuz I don't think it's emergency case eh, though for us it's emergency case n yan. wait k till tomorrow if wala pa rin punta k ulet ng piasi or via center, follow up k ulit dun. di ba 10 Business days sinabi sayo?

@forevern4always 10 business days para po sa reply tungkol dun sa complaint ni fiancee pero di po dun sa email.. sabi nila eemail nila sakin tuesday gang ngayon wala... kukulitin ko na ang diac bukas!! 😛

@elena05 nareceived mo visa notification diba? same lang nareceive ko dati yun n rin yung visa grant walang transaction number at walang visa grant number. Yun din lang dinala ko sa CFO seminar. Iba iba ang itsura ng visa grant lalo n sa mga migrant. Pero sa case natin 300/309 magkamukha base sa nilagay mo n details ng letter sayo. Sa airport namn alam n nila n wala ng visa label so sa airline pa lang they will check n kung my visa ka or wala online. Di naman hinhanap ng immigration ang letter basta my CFO n yung passport. Dahil sa checkin pa lang dika n nila iaccomodate kung makita nilang wala kang visa online.

Subclass 309 Spouse (Provisional)

I am writing about your application for a Spouse (Provisional) visa which was lodged on 3

September 2010. I am pleased to advise that a visa have been granted to you. The visa requires that you first enter Australia before 5 August 2011.

The visas allow you to enter and leave Australia as many times as you like until you are notified of the decision on your application for a Spouse (Migrant) (subclass 100) visa.

Passport

The visas are linked to the passport numbers that you and your family members provided in the application. If a person granted this visa obtains a new passport after receiving this letter and before the visa expires, they will need to contact the nearest Immigration office in Australia or overseas to advise the Department of the new passport details.

Please note: If the Department is not provided with the details of any new passports issued to you or your family members, you may experience significant delays at the airport and may be denied permission to travel.
