Guys sino npo sa inyo ang nag pdos na de facto dahil married pa ang partner ano ang hinihingi sa CFO? Citizen na kasi ang partner ko married sya dati dto. DI pa tapos ang annulment case alm niyo nmn dto sa Pinas it takes ages para maayos lahat. Salamat po. Sa lahat ng waiting

Regarding uploaded evidence docs; does the "received " status change to "finalised" or whatever if the visa had been granted?

Pano mo mallaman na na view ba yung mga docs na attached?

Tapos regarding sponsors, sa ibang forum threads sabe eh opposite the form 40 attached may nakalagay daw na approve status from received? Is this true? San nakkita yun if ever?

Eto sis oh. It could be possible na your received status will be changed immediately to finalised status if ever your co doesn't need to request for additional info. You just need to wait for the grant ..same thing with mine my status is received no co request. Hoping it will be finalised soon. Regarding sa question mo kung pano nila malalaman na na view nila documents na attach mo sagot ko dyan is diba nakapila ang application mo marereceive nila at mabibigyan ng pansin.. or assesssed.. kaya wait lang tayu sa next status.. sa form 40 yes naka separate ang application na yun online. As i remember naka fill up ako nyan sa immiaccount after i paid then i got applicant id number ba yun it's like password mo para maka fill up ka ng form 40 sa sponsor mo online.. para sure din nag attach din ako ng form 40 na printed dun sa field ni sponsor na may pirma nya.. sa ibang onshore hindi sila naka gawa nag separate form 40 kasi hindi nila alam kung pano.. swerte lang yun siguro sakin na naka gawa ako. I just follow the instruction at that time. Now, the status is just submitted.. hindi naman nagchanged..

AY ganenern?! Wla ngang online version ung form 40 eh Kasi isang immiaccount LNG daw so applicant's LNG gamit namin. Nag attach LNG sa sponsor's evidence section Ng form 40. So sayo after so many months after lodging received pa din ang status? Torture nga ano.

@kindred yes.. naglodge ako november.. status ko receieved.. nagmedical na ako from my immiaccount on december. I waited untill february walang co request ..untill this april receieved pa rin status ko ..

@pauline well, nothing to worry about as some cars have been finalised and been granted visa without change in received status. Swerte pa din naten naka lodged na kase madaming changes sa Migration rules and types this year. Sit back and relak LNG tayo. Kahit kunwareng relax Pero maya mata nag ccheck Ng immi status.
