Correction lang sa comment ni @pauline. Sa partner visa, onshore,, it can be on the basis of either marriage or de facto (live-in). Marriage, according to home affairs website, is not even a guarantee of visa grant (Talking about Partner visa onshore) So, de facto man o kasal kayo, basta genuine and continuing. At yun yung dapat i prove. Clarify ko lang kasi may mga nagbabasa din na onshore applicants gaya ko. Hehhe. Still, better to always refer sa home affairs website 🙂

@marvino ahh okay you are the sponsor right?? Sa form 40sp online yan right?? Nakalimotan ko na question dyan sa online.. national identity ba?? If so, lagay mo lahat ng id's mo from australia like driver's license, medicare card, credit card na may name mo. Ganyan lang ginawa ko eh sa sponsor ko.

@dayang14 nope. Partner visa on de facto grounds is not married right??. But need to stay in AU 12 mos with their partner. (Live-in).. if one of you is still not annulled or one of you has not divorced yet from the previous relationship , you will be grant partner visa (de facto).. but if they were both single and plan to marry ... they should be married on partner visa.

@dayang14 nag ask kasi sya about marriage sis kaya sinagot ko lang question nya if pwede ba sya apply partner visa while not yet married alam ko naman ang de facto at marriage sa pv.

@dayang14 correction din .. sa partner visa offshore too . Even if you are in de facto or marriage you can apply for this so not only onshore..

@graatiiaa married nq sa australian husband q and after a month from lodgement of my offshore 309 visa nglodged naman aq ng tourist q which is under 600. If i remember it right may options dun if sponsored ka and I chos that.

@graatiiaa just to add nung nilodged q ung tv q ay nagresign na aq sa work although meron aq bank account with a bit of money, i think ung sponsor and importante. Don’t quote me on this but pag sponsored ang tv mo immi focuses on how your sponsor can support you during your stay in australia asides from the fact of having a genuine relationship and being able to provide genuine docs like marriage cert etc. The bank statement that my hubby provided that time didn’t have much amount of money but that’s the account where he normally receives his weekly pay. This is just based in my experience ha and could be there are updates regarding this matter so better to check immi’s website.

@graatiiaa i lodged my tv application online and attached the medical docs for my 309 visa. 3 months lang nirequest q aa tv and granted multiple entry. I would suggest you to wait for your CO instructions. Complete details naman cla kung magbigay ng instructions based in my experience so I suggest na check immi’s website then have all the docs needed, upload and wait for further instructions coz cla lang makakapagbigay ng accurate info kung anu pa kailangan mo gawin.

Oh crap, i didnt chose the sponsored one, ung typical tourist lng 'tourism/visit family friends'. I dont have any income yet since im a fulltime mother. Husband is supporting me since 2013 (i attached western union receipts as proof for this) then attached his 3 bank accounts that shows 6 figures which i think okay naman?

@graatiiaa oo nung may 10 and living in Australia already. Mejo nakalimutan q na basta may option dun na sponsored by etc and i chose ung family ata coz husband q ang sponsor. Basta choose the right option lang..sorry mejo nakalimutan q na last year pa kc un but yeah ung ibang info hope it helped.

Thank you sa inputs @pauline . Currently, nasa assessment stage pa lang ako for skilled migration for myself, hindi pa kasama si gf. I'm planning ahead para maiayos ko yung mga kailangan namin ayusin in case magrant ako ng PR visa.

Based sa pagkakaintindi ko, independent ang PR visa on my marital status, tama ba? Kung mag-lodge ako ng EOI for PR even if newly wed pa lang kami, okay lang since ako pa lang naman ang may plan na magmigrate? Magiging relevant ang marital status when it comes to partner visa application na? Paki-tama po kung may mali sa pagkakaintindi ko, gusto ko kasi maintindihan ng mas malalim pa yung process when it comes to partner visa for our future plans. maraming salamat ulit! 🙂

800 at 802 ata yung skilled, ang maganda po based sa mga kakilala ko na skilled din nakapaunta dito sa WA, ngpakasal sila tapos nung nagpasa ng pr, sinabay na sila asawa nya. sabay na po kayo magranted ng PR.

atsaka mas mura po, kase babayaran nyo lang yung fee tapos additional lang sa asawa nyo.

pag nagpr ka tapos saka kasal, tapos saka sya magaapply ng pr magkaiba pa fee nyong dalawa..
