@steven not so sure pero I think generally that’s the rule— one fail, all fail. But be positive kasi mostly nman de facto sa 189 na approve. Yung nga lang strength of proof and evidence is the name of the game. But of course not impossible. Marriage would be a strong evidence or registering relationships. Kaya lng as case nyo at least one of you should be here to have it registered so Marriage is the better option. Anyway up to you to decide. Just don’t be scared. Otherwise you’ll be in a limbo. OR mauna ka then file for partner visa later on when you have gathered about evidence. Yun nga lng mas mahal. Hope it helps!

january 2017 - lodged immi application for first stage visa.

May 2017 - provisional visa granted

Dec 2018 - received email from immi that we can lodge for stage 2 visa

So now i am compiling supporting documents for stage 2

I have a friend who did not receive email after two years

But upon checking vevo online, automatic pr na un hubby nya. So case to case basis siguro.
