nakapag pasa ako june 2 kase super busy sa work tapos june 11 nagrant ako

Hello po, may question lang po..

Nakaka affect po ba sa visa application if the sponsor has an existing tax debt sa government? Kasi may nabasa ako sa website about it, I dont know if sa applicant lang ba yun or sa sponsor din (See attached file)

@basia awa ng dyos waley. Pero bka July mag release ng visa kasi usually pag na reach na quota within the year, July yun na rreset sana naman meron na next month dhil 16th month na namin nun since lodging.

@summer28 okay lng yang debt na yan sabe kasi sa ibang forum as long as may arrangement na sponsor mo sA ATO that’s should be fine. Am not sure kung depende sa laki ng utang. In some cases kung ang ATO debt may kinalaman sa unpaid super ng employees ng mga bankrupt businessmen baka ibang usapan na yun. But if the debt is a personal debt and payment arrangements have been made that’s should not be much of a trouble.

@kindred considering wlang arrangements pa for the tax payment. I think may effect na yun diba. Anyway, hindi nman gaano kalaki, at si hubby 3 times na pumunta sa Pinas just this year to visit, wala pa namang notice na unable to travel sya coz of the income tax debt. Nakatanggap din ako nung generate email from the immigration telling us that our "application is in progress" and they are still doing some thorough checks daw.

Concern lang talaga ako sa tax. Sabi kasi ng ATO, my hubby needs to do his income tax declaration for this year before they can arrange a payment plan. Sana hindi maka affect.

I have an agent so medyo hindi masyado ang stress. Anyway, sana we will hear an update very soon.
