@icancurhalo Hello 🙂 ung inapply ko is ung subclass 300 🙂 nasabi ko lang complicated ung case nia its becoz oct 2012 pa pala sya, dba dun naman tlaga nattagalan dahl sa pag hingi ng caseofficer ng mga evidences, gusto lang tlag nla mapatunayan ung cnclaim natn 😉

@icancurhalo I think wala ka naman pnag iba sa mga nd complicated 🙂 open naman ang australia and legal sknla ang same sex relationship 🙂 bsta complete lahat ng docs m like nso copy of ur passport statutory phonebills pics together itineraries social network communictions.. Bsta mapatunayan lang na totoo ung cnclaim natn.. Walang magiging problema.. Im really praying for the best for us.. Hopefully this coming week may balita na 🙂 Godbless us! @Eleigh hindi na pwede i-retrieve sa fb. Gang Jan 2012 nalang yung nkuhanan ko ng sreenshot. Ayaw na magload ng earlier messages. Hindi na ata ina-allow ng fb. 🙁 Palagi ko na kine-claim na next na email na matatanggap ko from the embassy ay may CO na ko. Then Visa Grant na! Kelan ka pala naglodge ng sayo? Fiance ba?

@jayralvarez nag start kami mag chat ng fiance ko feb 2 2011, pero ang naretrieve ko lang e ung from july 2011 lang, kasi nag uupdate ang facebook kaya nd na nrretrieve ung old messages.. Kelangan kasi mapakita ung constant communcation bet. Sainyong dalawa e.. Un ang pnaka matbay na ebidensya na totoo tlaga ung cnclaim nyo.. Magandang attitude yan 🙂 law of attraction, the more you say so the more it will happen 🙂 nag lodge ako nung feb 14 tapos naka receive ako acknowldge letter na natanggap na nla aplication ko feb 15 with request medical na un, feb 25 ako nag pa medical para mprepare ko sarli ko sa medical at wala maging prob sa result 🙂 tapos april 22 co allocated na den add docs. April 23 ko nasubmit ung requested docs ng co ko. Tapos may 27 nag ask ako status ng application ko and kung narcv na ba nla ung pnasa ko since wala ako narcv na email from them na narcv nla. Luckily nag reply sila the next day.. They said that nasa final stage na daw application ko and once na finalized na dey will email me as soon as the decision is finalized na.. Aun im still patiently waiting and praying for the best outcome

@jayralvarez share lang po ung experience ko... ung first few months lang po ng conversation namin ang pinasa ko and that was dated 2009 .. at di po ata nila need ung conversations.. time and dates lang po ung pinasa ko..nandito na po ako sa australia.... 🙂 goodluck po sa inyo

@elena05 Hi! Screenshot lang din ba ng convo nyo yung pinasa mo? Gang 2012 nalang kasi si fb eh. 🙁 or baka yung samin lang kasi 73k messages. Yung pinasa ko lang kasi ay yung history of relationship namin, photos from 2005-2013 kasama na yung screenshot ng video call sa skype, airline tickets, stat dec from 2 australian residents at ang bank cert ng joint acct namin. Do you think enough na yun or need ko pa talaga magpass ng chat logs/convo namin?

@jayralvarez di po, ang ginawa ko po.. copy and paste lang po ung date and time nun mga conversation namin.. april2009-sep2009 lang po ung napasa ko... di ko po sinama un conversations.. tingin ko po enough na ung pinasa nyo... lalo nat may marriage cert pala at joint account.. ung conversation po kasi ang alam ko po eh sa prospective marriage lang....

Case to case basis 🙂 bsta ang pnaka importantw na maiparating m sa case officer m na continuing and genuine ang relationship nyo.. Sa mga docs na ippass nakasalalay ang visa natin 🙂 best effort 🙂

nakakalito naman...ang MOC ba same as Global Health? nalito ako kase sa Nationwide Health ako nagpa medical, so di ko alam if yung Global Health ay referring to Nationwide Health or MOC?

What do you think??? please i need your opinion...

nabasa ko sa ibang thread, Global Health or GH or MOC were all same...hayyy sana may result na ako though sinabi 8 weeks maghintay but i just tried to inquire para lang may update.

@RF_angel25 when was the last time na nag email ka saknla for update? Ako kasi last week ako nag update and ang reply nga nla is nasa final stage na daw, until now wala parin akong narrcv na email from them .. Waiting game 🙁
