Hello newbie here! ☺️

Plan ko e partner visa(de facto) yung bf ko soon, waiting for 189 grant nlng po ako, hndi ko nasama si bf sa 189 application pero sa pag fill-up nang forms nilagay ko sa info na may partner ako and not traveling with me.

Kaya ba mag lodge on my own or mas better kumuha nang agent? Thank you po sa makasagot!

Kayang kaya maglodge on your own sa 820/801 or 309/100 partner visa. As long as genuine and continuing ang relationship. Provide as much evidence as you can. Pls do read partner visa migration handbook, it’s in Pdf file. Lahat ng information anjan po. All the best and goodluck.

Hello po, ask lng po aq ng advice. Visa 190 holder po aq, state sponsored ng SA. Anu pong subclass pde ko iapply for my wife and daughter? 10yrs in relationship, 5yrs married, 4 year old daughter po.

Hindi mo ba sila kasama sa application? Pag hindi pa, partner visa 820/801 onshore, 309/100 offshore.

Thanks po. Hndi po. Aq lang bale dun sa 190. Nsa pinas po cla so offshore? Ok po b kung aq magapply ng partner visa sa immi q. Or dpat gumawa ng immi acct misis ko?

Sorry po dmi tnung, nalilito kc aq dun s booklet.

Tanong lang po... My boyf and I are planning to apply PV 309/100 and we're looking for agent na kaya ng budget. Ask ko lang po sino po yung nag apply ng PV 309/100 with agent at sariling lodgement? Ano po advice nyo? thanks po

hi @BlueSand i got my visa approved with direct grant for permanent resident. i applied on my own. Actually kaya naman talaga as long as na ma prove mo na genuine and continuing yung relationship nyo. i did mine as very detailed as possible and very informative, yung isang tingin lang ni case officer, wala na syang alam itanong haha yes, very time consuming but it will pay off. 🙂

Hi zzaurrea ask ko lang if saan clinic ka nag pa book ng clinic para sa medical mo? Need ko din kasi mag pa medical kaya lng sa manila area.

Hello everyone. tanong ko lang po. as for the request for more information, nirequire po kami ng advisory on marriage from PSA. we requested from PSA to be sent directly to australian embassy on Feb 5, 2021 and as of now, status is "processed".

Do we need to follow up / check status ng PSA request? makakreceive ba kami ng confirmation from immi that they have received the requested doc?

Hello sa inyong lahat! Kaka-grant lang ng 189 ko.

I have a partner(offshore) and I put him as non-migrating in my application. Sayang hindi ko siya na include. Magkaka problema po ba to soon na non-migrating yung nilagay ko kapag maga-apply na kami for PV 309/100 as de facto? Thank you sa makakasagot.

Just want to ask about NBI... kailangan na namin mag submit ng police clearance. And we have been here sa AUS for 4 years ng hindi nabalik sa Philippines. Do we still need to upload a valid one or can we upload the old ones na expired since hindi naman kami umuwi ng 4 years? Thank you!

Hi guys. This forum helped me a lot last year. And my Partner Visa (Onshore) got approved after 8 months. Im on the process of having my Permanent residency. Would like to ask may section kasi sa grant message ng Immigration na, if there's any changes on your circumstances, you must update us. Question ko is, I just had a baby last month. Do I need to submit a form saying na may changes sa circumstances ko? Though si baby naman is Australian Citizen automatic. Replies will be much appreciated. Thank you! 🙂

paano po yung rule cohab sa de facto? same situation tayo plan sana onshore apply ng visa kaso may covid kaya plan namin itry tong partner visa kaso di kasal

You will be needing a ton of evidence (if not married) to support your partnership like photos, declarations, joint account details, etc.
