Yes catseye you got it right. Asked them about that, sabi its for those who have foreigner fiance/ spouse , irregardless of their descent, as long as they have been granted citizenship in Australia. Monday and thursday pa din. Or if you want you can go there sa CFO to ask them personally kung what time you need to get there ( i did the same thing) para hindi ako magulat sa dami nang tao or worst not to get a slot. 🙂 best of luck in getting you certificate and sticker
Not aware of the procedure of fiance/spouse of PR's but if you've read the previous post, it is the PDOS that they need to attend to.
Regarding fiance visa, cant help you with that, di ko alam yan eh, pero 1st week nang july ang daming naapprove na fiance visa.
