PARTNER VISA (Subclass 309 & 100)

@cookie_07..What type of visa are you going to apply? If subclass 100 & 309, that is all paper application and need to send to Australian Embassy in Manila. If it is skilled migrant visa you can apply it online.

@nfronda 100 & 309 po... wife po ko ng permanent resident pero paalis palang sya this january para maginitial entry. Mas maigi po ba na offshore ko ilodge or may options din na onshore na ilodge?

@cookie_07..ahh okk..Bakit hindi ka nasama sa application ng asawa mo? My option din na onshore, what you are going to do is apply for a tourist visa at pag wlang "no further stay condition" ung tourist visa mo pwde kang mag apply onshore. Pero pag may "no further stay" hindi ka pwdeng mag apply onshore. Pero sa pagkakaalam ko 1 out 10 lg na tourist visa applicant ang wlang "no further stay" and sometimes depende pa sa ibang circumstances mo.

Much better apply offshore na lg, mas madali mong maasikaso lahat ng papeles na kailanganin mo.. Den while waiting, pwde kang mag apply ng tourist visa pra mkasama mo hubby mo..

@nfronda thanks sa very helpful na info...di ako naisama kasi nung ngapply sya ng visa di pa kami married after lumabas yung visa dun lang kami nagpakasal

@cookie_07..ay sayang namn..but anyway merun namang iba pang visa na pwdeng applyan ehh..pra mkapunta at mkasama ka nya dito sa OZ..

@nfronda nabasa ko po sa immi website na pde maglodge application online by filling up the application form if you have an immiaccount. dilemma ko po kasi yun kasi nasa province ako mahihirapan ako pumunta manila pag kailangan magsubmit ng documents from time to time.

@cookie_07.. ay oo nga, tiningnan ko ang immigration website pwde nang mag apply online ang mga partners visa applicant. Dec 9, 2013 nila inintroduce.

Pero kung gusto mo ng paper application, d namn kailangan na pumunta ka ng Manila. My tatawagan ka lg pra e book ung pick up ng documents mo.

hello to all im newbie here, i lodge my pmv august 2013 and still waiting my application is now 5 months.. my co emailed me and informing me that she wil finalized my app, ds coming feb 1.. 2014, 🙂 shes very nice co.

I'll be amazed if anything happens today or tomorrow, today is a public holiday and tomorrow will be a RDO to make a long weekend longer.

All the best for all of us who are waiting for a 309, and even better wishes for those who chase a 300, I figured very early on that a 300 would be very close to impossible, at least for us.

Hi, ask ko lng po, sino po dito ang nakapag apply na ng spouse visa onshore, bukod sa marriage at birth certificate, kelangan pa din ba ng cenomar/advisory of marriage? Or requirement lang po un sa pinas..Para lang po iready ko na ung requirements at dadalhin na once na andun na po ay ilolodge ko nlang sana ung application.
