Good day. My de facto partner, (his name), and I were asked for an additional document on August 20, 2018, after four (4) months of submitting our Visa 189 application. The requested document was the Health Undertaking form, Form 815, for my de facto partner. We complied and sent the form on the same day. I just want to raise a suggestion regarding such cases of being contacted by a Case Officer asking for additional documents. It would be a great relief on our end if an acknowledgment receipt thru e-mail would be sent to us confirming that the uploaded documents were received by your department. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the police clearance of my partner, (his name again), will already be expiring this coming October 2018. Could you possibly recheck our case for any other documents required for us to provide so as not to reach the expiration of the concerned document since the process of acquiring such document here in our country is long? My application details are as follows.
