Mura ng upa: Currently, we are paying $200/week, 2 bedroom house, close to wollies, bus station and 10 mins away from the city.

Fresh ang gulay, prutas, karne, isda - mura ng salmon $9.95/kg minsan
Marami naman trabaho eh, iba pa din talent ng pinoy. minsan nga mapili tayo.
Walang traffic.
Malamig pero di naman nag-iisnow.
Daming magagandang tanawin na pwede puntahan.
Family oriented cya kasi wala masyado gimikan.
Tipid kasi wala masyadong shopping mall - we go to melbourne for 1-2 days for shooping $100 roundtrip pamasahe at shopping ng husto as least every end of season.
