BM Questions - Finance, Rental and ID

Hi mga ka-pinoyau, I'm researching on how to go about the big move, and I'm at a loss most especially on how to establish my finances / credit standing.

Can I apply for a credit card agad if I have good credit standing here in the Philippines?
How do I go about renting as a migrant? Pano pag walang cheke for PDC (do they even do that there?) at hindi naman nila ko maba-background check dahil migrant?
Does anybody keep a PH credit card until such time na maging eligible to apply in AU?
What IDs can we apply for as a migrant except for license?

- weekly rent is paid either by Direct Debit or EFT. hindi uso ang PDC cheque dito. they have ways to credit check you even if your a migrant. i don't know if its true, but yes they have ways.

- i still keep my BPI cc no problem naman.
What IDs can we apply for as a migrant except for license?
- proof of age i think. in particular, what purpose for the other ID's when you have AUS license here, Aus debit card and passport they can pass for the 100 points of identification na.
