Important Information: How do I start my application?

@lock_code2004, salamat sir! isa pa pong tanong, in case na approved ung visa application with my family, how many month ung deadline para sa initial entry sa Au? pwede ba ung naiisip ko na ako muna mauna at least to secure a job then, pasusunurin ko n lang family ko? may magiging problema ba dun?

There is what you call an initial entry deadline that will be given once you are issued a visa. This is usually a yr after your medical examination or your police clearance, whichever is earlier. Just enter Australia before this date to activate your visa, afterwards pwede ka rin umuwi muna sa Pinas if feel mo. Some people do this para lang maactivate yung PR Visa nila afterwards balik Pinas to continue sa pag-iipon for the permanent move.

Pwede mo naman pasunurin ang family mo, whatever suits your preference basta lang makapasok sila for the initial entry deadline.

Thanks @lock_code2004 sa info., isa pa pong tanong. Do I need my credentials ipa-assess sa AIMS before I can start with my application? Anyone who have the same field like me, hope you can give me idea on this. Thanks guys! 🙂

I had an initial assesment with Respall.. sabi may 60 points daw ako. and they will discuss to me how I came up with that number when I attend their seminar on weekends. Pero parang alam ko na kung pano nacompute yun. 🙂

yes (if that is your assessing authority based on your nominated occupation)

assessment should be done on your education qualification and work experience..

the result of your assessment will be the basis for claiming EOI points..

Kung hindi ka ma-assess, or kung negative ang result ng assessment then you can't apply for EOI/visa at all..

please read the start of the this thread for the whole process..

check the website of your assessing authority regarding their requirements..

@lock_code2004 so kailangan ko pa pala humingi ng other copies ng TOR at DIPLOMA ko nasunog ang mga original copies. I have here the ctc copies nlng di pala pwede ipaphotocopy to. ^^ thank u again @lock_code2004

yes, either kumuha ka ulit ng original

or kung gusto mo yan na ang isubmit mo.. yan na mismo, hindi ang photocopy nyan..

kung may tatak naman yan ng CTC...

tpos before mo i submit, i scan mo ng colored.. para may soft copy ka magagamit mo pag apply ng EOI/visa..

@lock_code2004 plan ko nga huminhi ng orig copy. By the way, humihingi rin ang SS ng diploma at tro. How about sa diac humihingi rin ng hard copy aside sa pinasa mo online?

Guys, anyone can suggest me a very good site or any materials to be used for review. I cannot sit in to any review center due to conflict with my work sched. And pressure pa yong score na kailangan. Thanks again for your help. 🙂

@Strader - that's why i suggested if you are really in a hurry.. scan that CTCed diploma/tor, so you have soft copy for SS/DIAC (online submission)..

then, submit that CTCed docs already for your assessment..

Question po. Sa ACS ba, hindi pa required na may salary info ang COE? Yung isa ko kaseng company, walang salary info sa COE. Or pwede kaya payslip na lang i-provide ko, kahit 3 months payslip lang?

@loudandclear hindi required ang salary info. Mas important na maprovide mo yung ibang mga information. Yung payslip sa pagkakaalala ko sa DIAC ko na yan sinubmit (although not required din)... Thanks.

Hello po, just need some of your inputs/suggestions about documents we gathered for ACS skills assessment. Medyo di kasi ko mapakali now realizing na ung CTC stamp is not in blue color but in almost black (may pagka-charcoal gray). Okay na sana pagka-ctc kasi may dry seal pa with complete details ng attorney na nag-notaryo (s.c. roll no., ptr#, etc.) kaso online submission na ang docs sa ACS di ba (di gaya dati na nagpapa-courier pa ng ctc'd docs) so kahit scan namin ng colored, kakulay lang din nya ung photocopied & ctc'd document. Nakakahinayang kasi umulit, medyo malaking gastos 🙁 Meron po ba sa inyo dito na nag-online upload ng ctc'd docs sa ACS na gaya ng sa amin na hindi color blue (color black) ung ctc stamps? Thanks in advance po sa sasagot at mag-share ng inputs.

@gelato ok lng yun. CTC pa rin nman yun eh. Ganun lng din yung sinabmit ko sa ACS.

@gelato - what I would suggest FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND; have it redone nalang and ask for a different color in the CTC stamp.

Nakakahinayang YES, but what is a few hundred pesos to your investment of AUD3000++ diba? Para na rin makalimutan mo na ang problema on this.
