@j0wnaGurl your case is tricky... because your current work exp is not related to your degree...
but i would say, pag vetassess may consideration naman sila..
normally kasi, skills assessment is for your skills/work exp 5 years before your application/assessment date.. so mas importante to pursue your assessment based on your most recent skills..
also, sa vetassess, may minimum requirements of years of work experience depende sa occupation, depende kung related ang degree sa occupation...etc..etc..
so you need to understand those things..
if you have other work experience ( but not related to your nominated occupation - hr advisor), you dont need to include that in your assessment..
if you have work exp na related sa degree mo, but 5 years ago pa, and you want to nominate this occupation, hindi ka rin pwde i-assess, because they will only provide assessment of skills based on the latest 5 yrs before application date..
if you dont need points for the work exp, pwde din naman.. as long as you have total points of 60 for the EOI..
