Can I use Bank Statement instead of pay slips for Visa 189/190?

@VirGlySyl ganun din sinabi sakin over the phone but I still tried, pumunta mismo ko sa branch. They printed for me from 2018 since inopen yung account, conincidentally sabi kasi nila hanggang max 10yrs back from date now daw ang possible ma-print, but of course with a fee. Maliit na halaga lang, lahat lahat na mga P500 lang.

@spoonized727 I think your account is not considered na “payroll account” if that is the case. Baka “personal account” lang po?

Kasi po, yung akin, inopen ko sya when I started my job, through the company, ayun nga “payroll account” pala ang tawag nila sa ganon, then yung dun sa bank statement ko, meron nakasulat na name nung company sa ibaba ng each page where merong “co credit” na entry. Also, I specifically pointed out sa lady na nag-help sakin sa bank, na requirement na makita yung name ng company sa statement. But I think this request naman was not special, I am assuming it is really because of the type of the account.

@mikasa Pwede po malaman kung sang BPI kayo nagrequest? Ako kasi sa BPI Columns Makati and 100% sure ako na payroll account ko ito kasi inopen sakin ito ng company when they hired me last 2008. CO Credit lang tlga nakasulat tpos yung amount na pumasok sa akin so sabi ko sa BPI rep di ko nalang itutuloy since kailangan ko sya as additional evidence sana for my visa application.

@mikasa payroll account din yung sakin, pero nung nagpunta ako sa branch nila, di ko nasabi na payroll xa pero nasabi ko na sa mga previous employer ko yung accounts na pinahahanap ko, they search using my name, at wala na silang makitang records, pero nakita ko pa yung isa kong Debit Card kaya try ko naman ulit bumalik d nxt time walang pasok.

@spoonized727 NGarcia branch. Not any other branch ata pwede, dapat sa bank branch mo mismo ipplace ang request. What do you mean di mo itutuloy? How did you see yung entries, online lang ba and you mean di pa nila nai-print ba?

@mikasa Ah ako kasi I requested sa BPI Makati kasi any branch naman daw pwede sya i-request. So nung tinawagan nila ako to inform me na pwede na makuha yung 2008-2010 bank statement ko from that payroll account, they were charging me 50 pesos for the 1st 5 pages then 5 pesos ata for succeeding. No prob naman sakin magbayad, pero nung naprint na nila first few pages nasilip ko na di naman naka indicate yung company name. So I told them it's useless kaya di ko na tnuloy pagrequest ng bank statement at magbayad for nothing.

Hello ask lang po na ung sss, pag-ibig records e kelangang match ung year sa employment.. ang employment ko kc e 2011 to 2015 but upon checking e gang 2014 lang ang naihulog ng employer ko before.. tnx

@ivybuyuccan Sabi ba ni SSS sayo ung 2014 eh talagang hindi nahulugan ni employer? Try mo kumuha official letter sa employer why hindi nahulugan ung 2014 mo if you still have means to get it. Else you can do a self-affidavit explaining the reason why wala sya hulog and state there na employed ka sa kanila until 2015 then if may ITR ka ng 2015 un ung further proof mo na talagang employed ka sa knila. Para hindi na mgtaka c CO bakit 2011 to 2014 lang ung hulog sa employment mo na un in your SSS records.

Ganun ginawa ko saken kasi may hindi din nahulugan employer ko. Pero since sarado na ung company, ako na lng ngpagawa ng self-affidavit sa lawyer. Just to make sure lang na walang grounds for questioning c CO sa mga docs na sinubmit ko. Lahat ng may discrepancy sa docs ko I tried to get either an official letter or self-affidavit.

@Kaye28 speaking of stat dec/self-affidavit, yan na din ang gagawin kong last resort kung di ako makakuha ng mga kulang na docs ko for Visa lodging. May isa kasi akong employer na hindi xa nagreply sa e-mail ko, instead tumwag xa sakin explaining bkit hindi sila magbibigay, sana nagreply na lang kaso any infos leaked shared daw ay against their rules na sa totoo naman, yung mga kailangan ko ay naibigay na lahat nila sakin which is my very bad, I wasn’t able to keep it. Di ko naman aakalain na may maghahanap pa ng payslip.

@Kaye28 nagemal ako sa pagibig and then they gave me a summary of my contribution na 2011 until 2014 lang , still have to verify sa sss kung ganon din. Pag ba gumawa ng self affidavit ano ano need attachment na susubmit sa co if ever..

@ivybuyuccan In my case, SSS at Philhealth ung may kulang so I attached for each document ung affidavit at further proof na employed ako on those period with missing contribution. Then gumawa ako ng table of contents as my first page.

@Kaye28 if u may, can u share the reqts na wala ka then anu yung ginawa mong alternatives, Visa Grant ka na kasi kaya mas magandang gawing reference yung case mo na malaking tulong para sa karamihan na with d same case as yours. Thanks ^_^

I have a document checklist (attached here). Ginawa ko yan to make sure I upload what I need to upload. Saka para madali ko din mai-share sa iba. May mga comments ako sa mga cells jan para alam ko anu ginawa ko in times like these. (Not sure if it will work for everyone - I gathered advice from several members here din during that time, salamat sa inyong lahat - alam nyo na kung cnu cnu kayo..hehehe)

@Kaye28 yung reference letter mo ba na ginamit sa EA, yun din ginamit mo sa visa lodge?

@gibo43 I requested for a latest/updated one kasi I had salary adjustment last Feb 2018. Yung ginamit ko sa EA since June 2017 pa which I requested before I went for Maternity Leave.

If recently lang din naman reference letter mo you can use same for visa lodge. Yung saken kasi almost one year old na din and nabago base salary ko kaya kumuha ulit ako latest.
