Child Visa Subclass 101 Online Application

Hi everyone,

Ask lang sana namin sa mga nakapag-apply na ng Child visa subclass 101 kung talagang via Paper application and thru VFS Global lang talaga ang application and hindi pwedeng online?

My wife and I currently hold Permanent Resident visas pero naka-base pa rin ako sa Singapore for work and my wife is in the Philippines taking care of our 2 month old baby. We are planning to permanently move to Victoria bago mag-expire yung visa namin but we are also planning to apply for a Child visa subclass 101 for our baby. Kaso napansin namin sa mga forums na mukhang hindi pwedeng online (via ImmiAccount) yung magiging visa ng baby namin. And kung sa Pilipinas kami mag-apply, dapat via VFS Global daw.

And pahabol na question, kelan kayo kumuha ng Police Clearance... before nag-apply ng Child Visa or nung hiningi na ng assigned CO?

We are on the very same boat, we have a 3 month old baby, pero di pa kami lumilipat sa AUS. We plan to lodge visa 101 in the coming weeks. Based on my research (reading the Home affairs websites). Talagang paper-based lang and application ng visa 101. We need to pre-pay the visa application (AU$2415) thru ImmiAccount prior the lodging the application.

For the police clearances, We're hoping na sana di na kami hingan ng police clearances kasi three countries na kukuhanan namin. At tsaka, di ba sa Singapore, they will not provide police clearance kung wala pa request from another entity. So I guess to-follow ang police clearance talaga. Another thing, sa Form 47CH, Part H, 6th checkbox ( see screenshot attached), di ba ang sabi dun ay:

Kung di naman adopted yung bata, edi di na satisfied yung situation, tama ba? Di na kailanagn ng police clearances, hehe. What do you think? If you guys have lodged the application already, what did you guys ended up doing? Thanks.

Hi @pauline. Nope, wala pa. Sabay sabay palang kaming pupunta.

@pauline Not sure. Pero from what we heard, parang wala pa kasi kailangan may ma fulfill munang residency period.

@jcgagni ano ba ibig sabihin dun sa nabasa ko sa form ng child visa 101 na magwait pa daw ng 4 yrs for welfare payments once ma grant ang bata ng visa ? Alam mo ba yan??

@pauline starting jan 2019, lahat po ng nagrant ng visa on jan 2019 onwards, mas mahaba na po ang waiting period for certain welfare payments or allowances na manggaling from centrelink.

Hellow po im applicant po ng child visa 101 last july 2018 pa po ako nag apply in my case 21 yrs old po ako file ng visa then mag 23 na po ako graduate po ako ng BSBA then nag study po ulit walang work experience im worried po sa visa ko until now one year wala pa po. Hi po, need help and advice po mga kabayan. Naka BVA po ako ngayon sponsored by my aussie husband (we just applied partners visa last year) and gusto po namin mag asawa na kunin na rin anak ko which is 12 years old nasa pinas (anak ko po sa pagka dalaga at wla po sa birth certificate nya ang name ng biological father). No urgent to travel nman po pero mas ok sana mailodge ang application ng maaga. May 2 po sana ako na itatanong:

nung nag check kami sa website, na confuse kami which visa ang kelangan kc meron po tourist visa $300+ ang fee, meron naman tourist visa $145 (which the same visa na ginamit ko dati) and family stream tourist visa $145 under po yan lahat ng subclass 600 medyo nakakalito. Tama po ba ang second option na tourist visa $145 since pareho lang nman descirption ng family stream visa? May nakapg sabi po kc na mas madali ang tourist visa kesa sa family stream tourist visa kc marami hinihingi eh bata lang nman ang iaaply.
plan po namin ibridge ang visa nya after 3 months pag dating nya dito. anong visa po ang pwede? meron kami nakita na Dependent Child Visa 445 which is okay naman po since ako naman ang parent, kaso plan po namin mag asawa na ichange rin last name ng anak ko para lahat kami isa lang ang gagamitin na apelyido (iaadopt po xani hubby legally), tama po ba na ibrige sa Adoption Visa subclass 102 kaya lang ang nakalagay eh "outside Australia" eh by that time "inside Australia" na sya. And meron din po option na Child Visa subclass 102 which is ok naman din kc dependent naman din sya ni hubby since ng papadala kmi for her sa pinas kaya lang "be a dependent child of a parent" eh step parent po si hubby until iadopt nya. Kaya confuse po if alin sa tatlo ang ibi bridge after the tourist and alin sa tourist visa ang i-apply namin. Please enlighten me.

About police clearance hindi kami nag submit kasi sabi sa guide "Don't arrange the police certificate(s) until we ask for them."

hello po.pa help nmn po 309 at sub class 445 dependent child Visa pwede po bang pagsabayin yung applications nung dalawa?

Nasend ko na lang requirements sa Perth WA and nabayadan ko na din ang fees for child visa 101.

Question, mag kakaroon ba ng update sa immi ko about sa status ng application?
