@cheesecake chef po ang hubby ko at a william angliss sa sg sya nagpa assess. Ok naman daw yung assessment nya.face to face interview lng.

@MLBS nacurious ako, pede ba magpaassess kahit walang skilled employment? In my case kasi yung hubby ko BS COE graduate pero yung work nya not related. I'm thinking baka pede cya mag skills assessment din thru ACS, para we can claim partner points. Thoughts?

Lodged my EOI today.. Same 189 nag increase ng 5points effective July 1 daw so 190 and 489 pag asa ko. I only have 60points hopefully can get an invi from nsw, tassie,sa and qld.. Goodluck to everyone

Hi Guys, very new here in this forums. I just wanted to know the following:

My agency will just lodge my EOI this week, will I still get the chance?
What happens if they will not be able to submit it this month?

btw, I'm applying for a Network Professional and I currently have 70 points. what are my chances?

@kayenzky ano ba yung work ni hubby niyo maam? bakit hindi na lang yun ang ipa assess niya? kahit hindi related sa course nya noong college. Pwede naman na graduate ka Engineering pero ang naging trabaho mo since graduate eh call center agent halimbawa. So pwede mo parin pa assess yun call center. Kasi sayang yung points sa experience.

@OZingwithOZomeness mostly warehouse and logistic staff kasi yung experience nya. yung KSA experience naman nya, operations admin. alam nyo po ba yung assessing body na pede jan?

@OZingwithOZomeness, thanks. Hehe. Mejo nawawala ako sa focus sa PTE since may mga bagong update. Nag weigh in din ako ksi kung wala ng pag asa sa 65 points sa 190, di ko na i pursue i superior si PTE instead mag change of plan na 489 n lng. Hehe.

6 Pool and pass marks—post‑1 July 2018 invitations to apply

         (1)  For the purposes of the Act and Regulations, the pool mark in relation to a general skilled migration visa is 65 points.

         (2)  For the purposes of the Act and Regulations, the pass mark in relation to applications for a general skilled migration visa is 65 points.

7 Pool and pass marks—pre‑1 July 2018 invitations to apply

         (1)  For the purposes of the Act and Regulations, the pool mark in relation to a general skilled migration visa is 60 points.

         (2)  For the purposes of the Act and Regulations, the pass mark in relation to applications for a general skilled migration visa is 60 points.

Explanatory Statement

The instrument operates to set a pool and pass mark of 65 for the “points” system under Subdivision B of Division 3 of Part 2 of the Act for the following three classes of visa where an application is made on or after 1 July 2018 in response to an invitation given by the Minister on or after 1 July 2018:

· a Skilled – Independent (Permanent) (Class SI) visa;

· a Skilled – Nominated (Permanent) (Class SN) visa; and

· a Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) (Class SP) visa.

For these visas, the instrument sets the pool and pass mark at 65 points. This pass mark reflects the high level of interest in skilled migration to Australia and the high calibre of prospective applicants who express their interest in the General Skilled Migration program. This pass mark is consistent with the level set for the points test under repealed regulation 2.26AB, in effect until 1 July 2013.

@kayenzky alam ko engineers lang ang pwede mag pa assess without exp e. Other occupations need to have 2 yrs more or less. Check the requirements of the assessing body kasi EA sinabi no need sa exp.
