<b class="Bold">You must not pass the levy on to the visa applicant</b>. The purpose of the levy is for employers to contribute to the broader skills development of Australians.

Hi @cucci @Mr3D, if you don't mind, how long did it take before your agent lodged your applications from the time you submitted your documents to them?

@Mr3D I was wondering how long it took your agent to review prior to lodging. Naipasa ko na lahat ng docs, nagkukuyakoy pa yun agent namin.

@SAP_Consultant Yung agent namin once na nag-submit kami ng documents nirereview nya as sooon as possible. after namin mabigay lahat ng docs the next day nailodge nya na yung application. On my case kasi, Under sponsorship ng company na pinapasukan ko yung PR application at sila kumuha ng agent. From 457 to PR yung application

It is an indication that the CO has seen your application... if no other requests for document is made then perhaps a result is in the works.

Is anyone here able to confirm if one can be exempted to take IELTS when applying for ENS 186 Temporary Residence Transition Stream if they were exempted to take IELTS when they were granted the 457 visa?

Opo, pag nagbakasyon kayo hahanapin yun bago kayo lumabas ng Pinas. No need naman na to attend the seminar pag naka-stay na kayo ng Au for at least 2 months. Just register for a PDOS but come to their office anytime for payment and attachment of the sticker. Bring along the visa grant and other proof of residence (drivers license, etc.)

Yung CFO ba hahanapin if almost 3 years ka na nakastay sa AU? say, 2 yrs at 457 and then granted na ang PR tapos uuwi ng pinas?

@abegail0024 457 din ako before tapos after naging 186. Nung umuwi kami sa Pinas, nagpaschedule n kami sa CFO para makuha yung sticker. Di na kami nagseminar. nagbayad na lang. Nagworry kasi ako na baka harangin pa kami sa immigration kapag wala kami CFO sticker. Nagsigurado lang.
