186 ENS Visa Timeline

Any update po sa mga na grant recently ng 186 Visa. Our application was lodged 10th December 2022 and up until now waiting pa rin. Software Engineer.

Ours were lodged March 2022. Got granted last February 2023.

Hi,anyone here po may experience applying for Visa 186 (all process done by employer) ,gaano po kadalasan katagal yung process. Today po lodge pra sa skill assessment vetasses.

offshore applicant po ako. Currently working in Singapore.

nnkahanp ng employer na gusto ako sponsor. kumuha po sya ng immigration lawyer to process. All expenses by them.

magpapaasses pa lang po sa Vetassess for construction project manager.

gaano po kaya katagal ang processing sa experience nyo po, I understand it may take a long time. gusto ko lng po sna khit papano mgkaroon ng idea for those who have same experience like me.

Hello po, if complete na po kayo lahat ng documents less than 1 month kaya nila ilodge yan. It will just take some time to gather all the documents -- skill assessment, english exam, police clearance, etc. The grant will take some time rin po. As of now if you are not on their priority list and non accredited sponsor may iba umaabot ng almost a year and antayan. Then pag naswertihan 3 months.

Currently for vetasses complete na po ako sa requirement nila. waiting sa lawyer na ilodge ung skill assessment hopefully mgkakuha ng priority lane. sabi nman nya this week daw nya iapply.

pra naman sa visa, see what will happen next. kung maging okay ang assessment. tuloy tuloy na cgro application and waiting game nlng.

luckily, aware ung employer sa time frame.

If ready to submit ka na, you will need to submit the application as priority. Usually you can get the priority application after trying for 2-3 days (once you learn the technique of refreshing 2-3 mins before 9am AU time). Once successful submission via priority processing, it will take about 2-3-4 working days before VETASSES can reply to you to inform you the application has been approved for priority processing. Once approved, expect within 12 days for the assessment.

For the docs needed for vetassess, you can prepare all within 2 weeks kung tututukan.

Hello po. Any here knows ano requirements ni PH immigration once paalis na papuntng AU with VISA 186? Hirap mag hanap kung ano tagala yung need na requirements and mahirap na ma offload.

for me, best way to get this checked is with POEA, if need mo sir ng PDOS pa or OEC po siguro?

hello po.....sa mga naka-apply na po ng ENS 186 Direct Entry Pathway....ung 6 months po na validity sa visa application....ang ibig sabihin po ba nun is "ONCE APPROVED" na ung nomination ng employer need to apply within 6 months? or ung 6 months na duration eh tatakbo once inapply na ni Employer ung nomination kahit hindi pa approved?....
