hi @mcril22, kakatawag lang sakin ng cpaa regarding sa migration assessment fee, nag end na daw last year un waived fee ng migration assessment. need to pay full 473 aud. regarding sa pte ref number, use reg id not test taker id.

@mcril22 @Pixiepie well, it’s not about just the rate. It’s also about finding the right agent who you think would be able to take care of your case properly. Kung lower rate nga, poor service naman, no point. You’ll feel naman the integrity once you speak to the agent.

Regarding mcril22 case, they’ve got an agent already, I don’t really meddle with these things. My only suggestion earlier is to clarify with their agent.

@mcril22 hi mga Sir paadvise po sana ako..ang ipapaasess ko po sana kay EA is Engineering Technologist..Alangananin kase experience ko para sa Professional Electronic Engineer (4 years a Electronics , 1.5 sa telecoms pero assistant role lang). Question lng po, e aaprove din ba nila yong education ko as bachelors degree (15 points)? may nabasa po kase ako na diploma lng ang binigay pag Engineering Technologist. May PRC po ako at yong school po nasa section 1 din.. Or kailangan ko po mag pa assess initially as Professional Engineer tapos si EA na ang mag aadvise for Engineering technologist. Ang worry ko lang po baka ma approved yong professional Engineer pero instead na makapagclaim ako ng 10 points s experience magiging 5 nalang..Sana po may makapag advise ano best gawin..Thank you po..

Sa case ko, nag pa assess ako ng production engineer although electronics engineer ako.. pero engg technologist ang assessment ni EA sakin base na din sa mga project na prinesent ko sa assessment.. meju technical kasi at hands on field work ung projects although pwede ko pa din i ituloy ung production engr pero need palitan ung projects.. advice ko is kung electronics engr ang ipapa assess mo, make sure na related tlga ung projects mo sa electronics engg na field.dont worry sa role mo.ang importante, ur practicing the engineering work na showed nmn sa projects.pero pag sa tingin mo, ung projects na isusubmit mo is more inclined sa technologist, then dun ka magpa assess.

@Kcm just try first na ipa assess mo kung ano yung current profession mo like yang Professional eLectronics Engineer. the results will depend on how you show yung duties mo thru CDR (competency demonstration report). Discretion na ng EA if ma assessed ka as Professional ELectronics Engineer or gawin ka nila ENgineering Technologist or may iba pang skills na match sa pinakita mong CDR s kanila. As for me that time, nag pa assess ako as professional Mechanical Engineer but yung assessment nila sakin is Engineering Technologist base dun sa CDR na pinasa ko.

@ivandemarco This is very well noted po..Sa kadalasan din nabasa ko dito is initially nagpaassessed as Professional Engineer pero si EA na nagdecide sa Engineering Technologist..Thank you so much
