okay..Goodluck.. kung ang Bachelors mo na-assessed as AQF diploma,

dapat ang AQF Diploma plus AQF Masters mo pwede na i-consider as equivalent to atleast an AQF Bachelors Degree..

so kahit may assessment na ang assessing body, pwede pa rin ibahin or mag-award ng points ang CO.. eto ang statement sa DIAC website: <b><u>"The decision to award points for Educational qualification remains with of the departmental case officer."</u></b>

About sa 28days, is it only the time na i acknowledge mo yung email nila or dapat lahat ng documents ma send mo within that 28days?

@amcasperforu naku nalito din ako! Hahaha. Baka nalito lng din CO mo. baka hinanap nya lng ung keyword na bachelor at di naisip na ung master eh mas mataas. Hehehe.

@legato09.. Makikisagot aq ha.. 28 days po is the length of days na dapt m e acknowledge ung request nla at ma submit na din.. Pag lumagpas po ng 28 days, at hndi m ma esubmit ung request nla, dapt b4 mag end ung 28 days mag email ka sa CO m stating ur reason kung bakit at provide proof na inacknowledge at ipinrocess m ung request immediately..

Please be advised that even if you have an overseas Masters equivalent to AQF Master’s Degree, under our policy direction, without an underlying Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF Bachelor degree, I cannot award 15 points (I can award 10). If you believe you may be able to find 5 points to claim somewhere else, I may be able to consider this. I would recommend you check our Skills Select website to see if there is anything else you can claim 5 points for. Skills Select website can be found at http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/

@amcasperforu..Ayan namn pla considerate namn c CO m.. So maybe ur option to claim ur 5 points is to re-take ur IELTS?

i read in another forum na may mga taong nag-withdraw ng visa application because they mistakenly claimed more points (and they got the 3060AUD back), re-submit EOI after making corrections, got invited again and were granted visas.

worst case scenario, mag-a-apply ka ulit from EOI. but the australian dream is still very much alive!

I think no choice ako to claim more pts sa work exp. the other option is IELTS since wala akong 7 on each section. To claim 10 pts... Kaya lang nag inquire ako the ealiest will be july 6. Plus two weeks for the result kapos sa 28 daya... not sure kung ok tong idea na to and if i can really make the 7 on each...

@Lockcode2004 sana naging considerate na lang si CO to award me the points... 🙁

@GoodLuckAU I really thought kung anu ung mas higher sa assessment yun yung iclaim since for us here in ph or sa ibang bansa when compare with BS against Master mas mananaig ang mas mataas ang level if you may put me that way..

I just wish na icombined na lang ang aqf diploma and aqf master ko to aqf bachelor... i doest not matter now 🙁

@amcasperforu..That's alright po, as long na pasok sa 28 days ung date of IELTS m.. U need to inform ur CO na lg and send him the receipt pag nkapag regster kna sa date na yan,, He will still consider yan..

i agree with this.. reply to your CO, sabihin mo magreregister ka to re-take Ielts. give the date of exam and the release date of results..

Hi,

Humble advice ko po, is tanong mo po muna sa CO if pwede ka pa mag-retake. Kasi if memory serves me right, kung ano po yun IELTS na sinubmit mo nun nag-lodge ka, hindi na po pwede palitan ng bago.

Based po dun sa kwento mo, and dun sa isang common friend natin sa company ka-chat ko kanina sa YM, 😃 pwede mo po i-try the following:

Try refund if makukuha mo buong pera mo.
Magpa-assess sa VetAssess dun sa Bachelor's Degree mo, na non-IT related. Naisip ko po kasi, since may Masters ka po, sigurado may Degree ka din tama po ba? Tapos yun po i-submit kay CO.

Uhmm... Ganun po ba... di pala pwede mag pa ielts ulet after the lodgement... i did not realized na pwede pala khit ano ang course basta Bachelors degree..

Not sure kung I understand ur question fully. you mean kung natapos ko yung masters ko? yes msit ..

@Bryann - i dont think pwede yung option 2...

na-assessed na ng ACS ang bachelors degree nya... at comparable to AQF diploma (IT related)..
you can only go to vetassess, if your original assessing agency cannot provide assessment/opinion on your educ qualification..

@iamcasperforyou - may point si @Bryann about re-taking the IELTS.. based sa EOI guidelines, the score should be valid "at the time of invitation"...

so email mo muna ang CO mo kung tatangapin nya ang scores mo after re-take..
