@bluemist nope, they are different. nag downgrade kasi ako ng position from architect to draftsman. nirequest ko lang jun sa office so internal arrangement lang jun kaya di pwede palitan yung nasa contract ko. yung CoE lang ang pinalitan nila for the purpose of this visa application. So malaking conflict jun pay sinubmit ko yung contract ko.

@jvframos, so hindi na po kayo magpapasa ng copy ng contract nyo ganun ba? pano kung magrequest ang CO ng additional docs aside from bank statement.. ano po ang naging advice ng agent nyo? I know you have one, base from our last conversation.
medyo similar po tayo ng case. un nga lang naipaliwanag ko na po un sa VETASSESS plang, then next eh ung sa EOI ult.. I told my agent na we need to be honest at sabihin na magkaiba talaga ang nsa COE ko (architectural draftsperson) compare to my employment contract (Architect)... so haun, ang ngyari po skin last time eh nanghingi po ng dagdag documents ung VETASSESS like payslips, bank statements, contracts etc. as in talagang kinumpleto ko na kaya nagtagal talaga po ako sa vet. in God's grace naman po ay pumasa... sabihin nyo nlang po sa CO nyo na magkaiba ang position nyo sa COE and employment contract. I'm pretty sure na maiintindhan nila un.. </blockquote>
@Arch_Onin as advised by my agent, we don't have to present the contract. my 1 year bank statement will prove na may salary ako from the company. Also, I have submitted na may updated payslips and CoE before. baka in addition, i will submit my increment letter.
