Hello everyone, update lng po especially sa mga naghihintay ng CO.
As you can see sa below timeline, we lodge our application almost 2 months ago but haven't received any email from CO yet, thus, we have decided to call to check the status of our application this morning.
Grabe ang haba ng queue ng calls, nka 3 attempts kame then the first 2 calls was like 20-30mins waiting..then finally may sumagot din on my 3rd call after 30-40mins..I was informed that the CO has been allocated since February & the person that Ive spoken over the phone was surprised that our CO hasn't contacted us yet..She gave me the information of our CO & was asked to send an email directly to our CO to inquire about the status of our application.
Immediately after the call, we sent an email to our CO to check the status of our application. He promptly replied nman after an hour & he mentioned on his email that our application only recently been allocated to him & its due for assessment within this week. He will send us an email should he requires further documents from us.
I believe if di pa kame tumawag, bka di pa nya aasikasuhin ung assessment namen then we have to wait longer. KYa I suggest for those who are waiting for CO then lagpas na sa timeline stated in the DIAC site na tumawag nlang kayo to ease your stress & speculations.
