Hello po, gusto ko din iask kung paano ba ang process ng pagclaim ng 5points for partner qualification. Bale ako ang magiging main applicant and husband ko ung additional. tapos na ako sa lahat ng assessment and EOI lodge na ang next step.

sa calculations namin, 75 points total including ang state nomination (190 visa). Gusto parin namin makuha ang additional na 5points from partner.

Ang nabasa ko na needs ay:

below 45yrs old - ok

Competent English - tinatanggap parin po ba ung letter from school as english

                                       ung medium of teaching. or need to take po ng pte/ielts?

qualification from - From ACS po ito since Web Dev anh husband ko. pero wala pa

assessing body kami nasubmit.

Competent English - Need mag take ng PTE/IELTS or equivalent exam.

at dapat nasa same list of occupation kayo para maconsider ang partner skill points.

@Heprex @ShyShyShy I would be careful with using engaged as a term. You still have to prove that you’ve lived together for at least 12 months to be included in the main applicant’s application.

so kapag magkaiba kami ng occupational list hnd pede makakuha n partner’s points? based kasi sa criteria is “Your partner’s skilled occupation must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation”...

may naka experience kaya dito na hindi same ng occuptional list pero nakakuha pa din ng 5 points?

based sa requirements, yes you can claim partner points:

•was under 45 years old

•had competent English.

•had a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for their nominated skilled occupation. Your partner’s nominated skilled occupation must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation.

hi goodpm po.. tnong ko lng po.. mkakaclaim po b ako ng partner points kung 1.9 yrs lng ung naasess ni vetasess sa skills assessment ng partner ko?..positive nmn ung outcome, 29 yrs old cia, same nmn kme ng occupation list (STSOL) and pasado sa English. kc sa DHA wla nmn ako nkitang kelngan minimum 2 yrs experience ang partner pra mkkkuha ng partner points. but may npnood ako sa youtube minimum 2 yrs daw. d ko lng sure. thnks po sa ssgot sa concern ko.
