If your Job nomination is in ICT therefore you need to have a JOB OFFER from a QUEENSLAND EMPLOYER or Company...sa mismong QLD at hindi po sa current or previous employer nio po.
When you submit this document to them as part of the invitation they will look on to this JOB offer so that QLD will nominate you.
<b class="Bold">Eligibility Criteria</b>
To be eligible for Queensland nomination, you must meet both Australian Department of Home Affairs (DHA) criteria and Business and Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ) criteria for your chosen visa category.
DHA criteria requires you to:
have a points test result of 65 or higher, inclusive of state nomination points;
have a positive skills assessment in your nominated occupation;
be under 45 years of age;
meet the minimum English language requirement of COMPETENT, unless a higher level is required by your assessing authority; and
submit additional documents if invited to lodge an application for a subclass 190 or subclass 489visa.
BSMQ criteria requires you to:
have an occupation on the QSOL for applicants ‘Not currently working in Queensland’ (offshore);
satisfy specialisation or other requirements for certain occupations;
provide evidence that you have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification work experience in your nominated occupation (or higher if required)
commit to living and working in Queensland from the date that you arrive in Queensland to live permanently; and
*where job offers are required they must be related to your occupation, and evidence is required showing acceptance of the offer.
Labour hire companies must provide evidence that they are registered in Queensland (incl overseas companies)
