Hello po mga kababayan!

Me tanong langako tungkol sa ENS, mag 2yrs nako sa employer ko, sabi nila i-sponsor daw nila ako pero nung i-follow up ko ngayong taon kasi mag 2 yrs nako sa kanila ngayong darating na November, ang sabi nila eh baka hindi na nila ako ma sponsor kasi me bagong policy sa pagsponsor na kailangan nila magbayad ng 6K+AUD na dati eh 600AUD lang. Totoo po ba itong bagong policy ng immigaration regarding sa sponsorship? Salamat posa mga sasagot!

@marty_lawrence I am not sure if ito yung sinasabi ng employer mo:

"From March 2018, employers nominating workers through the Employer Nominated Scheme will contribute to the training of Australians through a Skilling Australians Fund (SAF) levy. The levy will be payable in full at the time the worker is nominated, and will depend on the size of the business.

For businesses with an annual turnover of less than $10 million, a one-off levy of $3000 applies.

For businesses with an annual turnover of more than $10 million, the one-off levy is $5000."

or yung sinabi ni @engineer20 about the visa fee. If it is about the visa fee, sabihin mo na lang na you can shoulder the cost (if you want). Sa case ko kasi, ako nagbayad ng visa fee.

willing naman talaga kamingmagbayad ng application fee,sabi ko nga kahit ipangutang ko pa,kaso ayaw na ata nilakasi ang laki pala ng babayaran nila ngayon from $600+ to $5000. pano pa mag sponsor mga employer ngayon eh ang laki na ng babayaran nila, pano na mga kagaya namin?

Meron po ba na nag apply ng ENS under the recent changes?

@marty_lawrence I will be eligible to apply for PR on January also. As of now, I am a bit concern also kung iisponsor ako ng current employer ko since there's new rule came last March.

@epiboy99 Hi pashare naman po magkano nag Visa cost mo for 186 ENS temporary resident Transition? nag agent po na kayo ?planning to apply din ksi with my husband and 1 kid. thank you

@Rhianne_Nicole Hi. We applied for ENS temporary resident transition last 4 May 2016. We paid Aud 6,300 (3,600 for me as the main applicant, 1800 for my wife as dependent and 900 for my 9 year old kid).

Based sa understanding ko from the agent we are working with, the SAF (Skilling Australians Fund) levy will be paid by the employer when they sponsor anyone on 457 for PR application via the ENS (Employer Nomination Scheme).

Turnover of < $10M: one-off payment of $3000 per application
Turnover of >$10M: one-off payment of $5000 per application

Note that the employer should NOT pass this cost to the employee, otherwise, they run the risk of losing their sponsorship abilities.

This might be the reason why employers are now hesitating in sponsoring PR applications for their employees on 457 visas.
