Hi guys, may naka experience na po ba na yung previous employer is terminated na po? Pano po yun, hindi kami makakuha ng letter of employment. Thanks po

@yanma13 You can execute a Statutory Declaration or if you can contact a former supervisor, co-employee or former hr and ask them to execute a Statutory Declaration indicating your position, dates of employment, name of company, salary and other pertinent details, it would be much better.

What did you mean terminated yung employer? The employer is the business/company. Did you mean nagsara na? I’m not quite sure how the employer can be terminated.

@cucci pwede din po ba mag statutory declaration since ung previous employer ko is anjan sa Manila at walang sumasagot sa akin sa mga e-mail ko requesting COE? Meron ako kaibigan at kasama na anjan pa sa previous company ko pero sa Cebu branch kasi kami naka assign.

@riseendreev Ang pagkakaalam ko kadalasan last resort na ang StatDec, lalo na kung nagsara na ang kumpanya. Sa case mo pwede pa naman siguro pakiusapan ang kasama mo sya mag request on your behalf. Kung talagang ayaw magbigay pwede na siguro ang statdec at indicate mo ang circumstances at mga ginawa mong hakbang.
