Help: Recommendation of Agency here in singapore. :)

Hi there. First post dito sa forums, and currently based in SG with my family. I would like to know if it would be ok to engage in initial assessment with Ms. Gigi and another agent in Singapore at the same time. No issues ba kung ganito ang setup?

Hindi lang pala ako ang lumipat from James. Mas mura nga ang fees niya pero sakit naman sa ulo yung pagfofollow up di mo malaman kung ano na talaga nangyayari sa application kasi ang bagal ng usad. Like arlene5781 lumipat din ako sa ntrust and thankfully this time nagrant na ung visa ng family ko which is subclass 190.

Di pa kami nakakalipad pero may recommendation ba kayo kung saan sa Perth may malapit na Filipino community?

Agent ko rin si James Hall ngayon, at sobrang nababagalan ako sa mga tao niya. Pinagiisipan na nga namin mag-pull out, siguro pag lumabas na Skills Assessment results ko (which was applied by them). Paano nga ba?

@cholle i heard a lot of negative comments from people who took their service. Tipong ikaw naghahabol sa kanya. Templated answer nila wala pang update. I still possible mag refund. Refund nyo na lang.

@Admin oo nga, hassle yung pag-follow up, tas kadalasan na-google ko na yung sagot sa tanong ko bago sila magreply. Malamang i-diy na lang namin to, with lots of help from pinoyau hehe

there are several factors to be considered for the points system.. one of which is the age..

so check the EOI/skillselect points system.. if you can satisfy the minimum 60pts requirement. then you have a good chance.

Hi Guys ask lang, nakuha ko na yung ACS ko thru agent, but pwede ko ba stop yung service nila then mag DIY na lang ako, may impact ba yun da applications. I am waiting for my ielts remark then start to lodge my EOI, naisip ko na ako na lang magtuloy because it looks like na wala naman sila masyadong naitutulong.

@artagnan Yes, you can terminate the agent anytime and DIY the rest of the process, marami namang resources online like this forum. Kung hindi ka pa nag-file ng visa application then better, at least wala pang form na kelangan i-fill-up for DIBP. I suggest i-terminate mo na sila, but check the terms of your agreement with regards to payment, kasi baka may nakalagay na kelangan mong bayaran or whatever if you terminate them. In our case, staggered yung payments so I didn't have to pay them for work that they haven't done. There is no effect on your application.

I actually wish I had done it earlier! Sayang yung binayad ko eh hehe

Marami pala ang may bad experience sa group ni James Hall dito. Sana nagbasabasa ako dito before engagement with ANZ (new name). Pero kinoconfirm ko po ito based on experience ko sa kanila:

Yung una po nyang quote sa akin at initial engagement ay outdated based on latest CSOL. Di pa ako marunong nun masyado kaya nalaman ko na lang nung natuto na ako about ANSZCO search etc. Dahil dito, nag process pa ako ng IELTS remark na hindi naman pala kailangan sa current state na inaaplayan ko (++ money and time, though yung money pala nabalik ng IELTS kasi tumaas yung score ko).
Parati po sya sa vacation at delayed nga po mga responses sometimes pero sa case ko naman ay acceptable pa naman yung delays na nangyari (so far, knock on wood).
Very detailed po ako magtanong at most of the time, di nasasagot lahat ng mga tanong ko. I guess nga po, overloaded ang office nila. Tawag ako ng tawag, pero email lang natatanggap ko 80% of the time.
Overall I think, di po sila ganun ka updated about changes on DIBP, ANSZCO and the latest news on AU Immigration. Ako pa po yung naginform sa kanila sa nagbukas na yung isang state dun sa ANSZCO ko.

Wala po akong experience sa ibang mga agencies, pero kung meron nagrerecommend na mas maganda, wag na lang po kayo kay James Hall based on my experiences above.

Pano po yung process ng termination?
Nagbigay po ba kayo ng reasons etc?
Pano nya (James Hall) naendrose sa inyo yung lahat ng mga documents nyo na sila lang meron access (EOI, VETASSESS, etc)?
May binayaran po ba kayo or may nakuha kayo dun sa initial payment nyo?

Babasahin ko din yung contract pala na pinirmahan ko last year, pero will appreciate kung makasagot po kayo. Salamat ng marami.

@rareking Hi. I just wrote them an email terminating them. Depending on which stage of the application you're in, you may need to fill out some forms for Australia. In my case, nasa VETASSESS pa lang kami so SRG-07 lang ni-fillup ko to inform them na I'm terminating my agent. Wala na kaming nakuhang refund. May iba na naka-refund daw, but it took forever.

My email was very straightforward. You can PM me so I can send you yung content ng email ko if you want.

Looking back, tama nga, dapat nagbasa-basa muna ako rito! And everything you said about them, common experience ng karamihan ng clients nila. Ansakit lang cos naka-2 payments na ako nun sa kanila (sayang ang 1.7k!). Hayyy charge to experience na lang.

@cholle salamat sa info. Actually nasa lodge stage na ako at di rin ako ganun kadetermined to pull out from ANZ, dahil nga medyo almost end of process na ako. Just want to learn as much as I can para mashre ko din sa iba mga experiences ko para makapgbless pa ng iba pang mga Oz migrants hopefuls.

Yung current tanong ko lang e - yung computer accounts / password na meron sila sa Vetassess at EOI, kung ano process nun.

Gagawa ba sila new account to endorse it all to you..
Meron ba dito sa pinoyau na nagkaroon ng problema or experience sa endorsement of documents / accounts after ng termination with agent?

@rareking in my case, after ko mag-email sa VETASSESS ng SRG07, tinawagan ko sila a few days after kase hindi sila nagreply sa email ko. Mabait naman yung kausap ko. I gave my details and he confirmed that I've terminated my agent, then he sent me an email with my new account. Wala nang access si ex agent sa account mo. All documents uploaded were still there, the application will continue as is (you won't be starting from scratch). I imagine the case would be similar kung nasa SkillSelect or ImmiAccount na yung application mo.
