@pineapoladrian @jayr.cruz I just did this last May/early June. Just a background, I just started work in a Hospital in QLD last April under TSS VISA and unfortunately, I had to go home asap. Below are the things you need for OEC.
- <b class="Bold">verified employment contract</b>
<b class="Bold">Requirements (non-negotiable):</b>
- Signed employment contract
- copy of the worker's passport
- copy of the worker's visa
- copy of company's business registration (ask employer)
- Insurance with Repatriation benefit incase of death
*Although I already have privare insurance (HCL) and medicare in AU, I need to get
this bec of the said Repatriation benefit. I applied for this:

They were able to verify my employment contract on the same day my friend went to the embassy. They gave me a soft copy (online) and the original was sent via DHL to the Philippines.
I went home (PH). Once I received the original verified employment contract, I went to POEA BM online to set an appointment to my local DFA (Davao). On the appointment date, they only collected my verified employment contract and updated my OWA/POEA records.
After that, I can go online and print my OEC (since all records have been updated). If ever in the coming months, i will need to go home again, I can just go online and print OEC.
Hope this helps. I called the embassy before doing anything last May, you may call them as well through +61 2 6248 8563..
