Hello po! May tips po ba kayo sa pag take down notes habang nasa test and practicing?
Ang best practice po in note-taking , I think, is 70% listening and 30% note-taking.
There is no single-method po in note-taking. It depends on what your weaknesses are, but you may try one of these methods:
Only write down proper nouns. [best for people who forget names, visa name, financial product names, address, phone numbers]
One sentence, one line of horizontal notes [best for people who forget one sentence or tends to have sentence structure error]
If you forget the contents of the 1st sentence more often, listen to that part more instead of taking notes right away.
These are only guidelines po. Since everyone has their own style in note-taking, you will have to find your own sweet spot--the one that works best for you. Experiment muna po kayo with some practice materials. But what I really recommend is to invest in gaining good listening skills first and foremost.
