CFO certificate CHANGE OF DESTINATION

hi po ask ko lang po kung pwede ba sa cfo ang change of destination?? pls help naman po.. instead na lets say US gawin pong AUstralia dahil yung CFO certificate ko po na tinake ko nung 2005 dahil at that time kukuha po ako ng passport using my ex husband's last name yun ang gamit ko up to now po even though hiwalay na kami and now po may plan ako mag travel with my new australian partner though di pa ko legally annulled but we applied for de facto/spouse visa.. kailangan po bang kumuha ng bagong CFO certificate, di po ba lifetime yon walang expiration and pwede na lang po ba pa change ng destination.. thank you po. pls enlighten me.

CFO is country specific... Kailangan mo ulit kumuha ng seminar that is for Australia.
