Trains here in Melbourne are resemblance of Tokyo except for the timings.

Pwede kumain, they have interchanges too. Medyo luma na yung mga train platforms (and trains) compare sa SG.

If you live outside the CBD, may pailan ilang cases ng train delays and arrivals.

So to answer your question, siyempre SG pa din trains #1.

any recommendation and tips sa car rental and buying 2nd hand na car?

Hindi pa kami nakakabili ng auto but 2nd hand car din preference namin. noob ako sa kotse.

Hi @Pixiepie nag hotel kmi for 2 weeks prang caravan style sya here in melb. Nagkaroon agad yung hubby ko ng work so un yung ginamit namin to secure a rental house that time. Attached din namin yung house contract namin sa sg. Then ID’s. Sa Domain at Realestate app lng kmi naghahanap dati ng house then getting a car is helpful din kapag may inspection. Feb 1 kmi dumating ng melb nakkuha kmi ng house feb 14

@mycroft_holmes i think kapag share a room enough n yung passport and yeah photocard cguro for additional ID. Photocard is in sydney lng ata here in melb wlang ganon.

Finally, my husband landed on a job.. After 3 weeks, technically 1 week after aussie offices vacay. So sa mg Engrs, going to Melbourne.. May job po talaga dito para sa atin! Wag kau mag alala... Pray lang.

Sa wakas may credential na for house rent.

@Pixiepie mahigpit ba sila sa pagpaparent ng house if wala pang work? Iniisip kasi namin na magpaschedule ng mga rental home viewing pagdating sa Adelaide, pero book na din kami ng mga two weeks via Airbnb para may matuluyan kami pagdating.

Tapos, with regards sa rental history, Pinas kasi kami, tapos nagbabayad kami ng home mortgage para sa bahay namin via bank autodebit. Pwede kaya yung autodebit deductions namin sa bank gamitin as reference document?

hi @sansa anong document (COE, contract or others) sa work ang binigay nyo sa agent para sa bahay? Kelangan ba naka-state sa document na yon ang salary?

@fufudoods i think Coe ata submit namin request ka lng sa company. Not neccessary ata na may salary pa. Ttwag naman yung agent sa employer to make sure.

@fufudoods payslip is enough evidence, thats what we presented for proof of income. We also presented bank statement.

@ClmOptimist if your visa is 189 or 190 you can withdraw your pag-ibig contribution. Pero if 489 or other temporary visa, di ba pwede. They need to see sa visa na permanent residents na.
