@Electrical_Engr_CDR Based sa pagkakaintindi ko bro, ang shortcoming mo lang is yung sa CV..kailangan mo lang i-submit ay yung mga COEs nung companies A,B,C.

Wala naman syang nabanggit na shortcomings about doon sa Career Episodes mo.

Vague kasi yung sinabi nya na “resubmit yung CDR”, yun yung pampagulo. I think what he meant with CDR is “CDR application”, email ka na lang sa msa@engineers... to clarify… sasagot yung CO mo for sure

Sa Pinas ka ba brad? Buti kapa dumating mga sulat sayo... Ako yung mismong Outcome Letter ko wala pa rin

@Electrical_Engr_CDR according to you shortcoming letter, submit lang ang COE or reference letter or any evidence na na employed ka min ng 12 months. Pero better if COE na may JD na talaga. Sa case ko kasi binigay ko lahat ng docs like COE with JD, Contract, regularization letter, ITR, payslip and etc. Yah you may email them for clarification too! 🙂 Anong date ka nagpasa ng CDR sa EA?

Just need clarification.

Nung june 4 ako nag pass. Medyo nagka problema din ako dahil mali luma yung CDR form ko kaya na delay din ng mga 2 weeks dahil dun.

@chu_se it means application form. Kasi meron bagong format na CDR application form nagbago rin kasi ang price yata.

hello po... ask ko lang sana if gusto namin papalitan ung mailing address sa EA into australian address (para mas mabilis makarating docs) saan po ba kami pwede mag-email? ung sa EA website kasi nakalagay lang na e-mail address ay para lang dun sa nag-iinquire ng status ng application. un din po ba gagamitin na email for request to change mailing address? salamat po!

State mo yung CID# nyo and yung request nyo for Change of Mailing Address.

Mabilis lang reponse nyan, within a day or so marereply na sayo ang EA confirming yung address update

Question lang sir, yun bang CoE kelangan original yun isasubmit sa EA? Ok lang kaya if walang JD ung CoE? Kasi yun CoE ko walang JD pero meron naman date ng start at end ng contract. Tinatawagan din ba nila yun previous at current company mo?

@Drachir10, bro in making COE (or employment reference), u should include ur position, period of employment start/end, working hours (i.e. 40hrs/week), gross annual salary, specific job description which should be at least closely related to your nominated ANZSCO code signed by your boss w/his or her contact number. The COE certification letter should contain heading with company's name & address, contact numbers, website. Para kumpleto, sigurado at confident ka.

I suggest basahin mong mabuti yung requirement, word for word para you won’t make wrong assumptions kasi naka-detalye na sa booklet lahat ng kailangan.

It would save you time and money, para walang maging shortcomings yung assessment mo.

To answer your questions

You can provide the Original document OR Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Original, pero I personally suggest na yung CTC na lang para may file sa sarili mo nung Orig.

Applicants should note the following points concerning certification of documents:

Certified copies of previously certified copies will not be accepted. You must provide a properly certified copy of the ORIGINAL document.
Proper certification should appear on each page to be certified, and should show:

(a) the signature of the person certifying the document and the date of signing

(b) the name of the person certifying the document. This should be clearly printed or evident in the official stamp

(c) the contact details of the person certifying the document. This MUST be provided and may be a business address, telephone number or e-mail address, and

(d) where possible, an official stamp indicating the status of the person certifying the document, ie.Justice of the Peace, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public

(e) a statement "I certify this to be an identical copy of the original document, which I have sighted", or similar wording

(f) Where the name, status and contact details are in a foreign language, an English language translation of these three details needs to be provided.

Importante yung Job Description, kasi yun ang basis ng EA sa pag-rereview kung match yung ginagawa mo sa work vs. sa ANZSCO description ng Nominated Occupation mo. And yes, kaya pinalagay ng EA yung contact info nung mag-iissue ng COE is it is possible na i-verify nila yung employment mo. Although sa case ko, wala namang kumontak from EA sa 2 companies ko...

For applicants seeking an opinion about their skilled employment claims (as above) from Engineers Australia, submitted work experience documentation must:

• be an original document, or a certified true copy of the original in accordance with the MSA Booklet, Section A, Item 5;

• be written on the official letterhead of the company, or government department, providing the documentation;

• indicate clearly the full address of the company and any telephone, fax numbers, email and website addresses;

• be dated;

• include the name and position of the person endorsing the employment document … these should be typed or stamped below that person's signature – a reference with an illegible signature will not be accepted:

• include the direct contact number and official email address of the person endorsing the document;

• indicate:

the main five (5) duties undertaken,
the job title or positions held (positions should not be described by generic titles (eg, Engineer) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (eg, Assistant Project Engineer – Civil),
the exact period of employment (start and finish date, including day/month/year),
whether full or part-time (including hours/week).

and ipadagdag mo na rin sa COE mo yung Monthly Salary para wala na ring masyadong tanong ang DIAC sayo later on..

Thanks din sir. Need ko pala mag request ng new CoE sa HR ng dati ko agency outsource kasi ako contractual.. Lahat naman included sa CoE ko except JD yun lang wala.. Papalitan ko din position ko adik kasi yun sa HR software engineer nilagay sakin ayaw palitan e telecom engineer ako.. Hopefully palitan nila this time.
