However, mey isa akong quessie na hindi ko pa nabasa ang sagot. Unique kasi ang case ko. I don't know if I would apply as plant, electronics, or electrical engineer sa EA. I have two degrees kasi, ECE and EE. yung ECE lang ang mey PRC license ako. I have been working for 9 years na sa power plant as a Plant Operations Engineer, which is my first and only job as of now. Do you guys think na it would be better if I apply as Plant engineer rather than Electronics engineer? Would my chances of getting approved be higher if Plant engineer ang isusubmit ko sa application? The reason why I took a second course na EE is that kasi I am an electronics engineer working as power plant operations engineer ( which is malayo sa field ko as ECE) and by taking up EE, it would somehow connect sa current role ko. If you think what you do at work is more in-line to that of a Production or Plant Engineer, better apply for it than EE. Anyway, regardless if you will apply under EE or PPE, you are still required to submit the CDR so better apply for what u think is more related to your occupation. In terms of quota, I think it’s the same:

Occupation ID - Description - Ceiling Value - Results to date

2334 - Electronics Engineers - 1000 - 387

2335 - Production Engineers -1788 - 822

@sarmientowl ang tinatanong nyo po ay address ng Engineers Australia (EA)? , if yes no need na po ipadala ng IDP or BC direct sa kanila ang results. Ung scanned copy ng IELTS Test Result Form ang i a upload sa EA website.

@ram071312 kc po ung application form ng Ielts may pfill up ka na institutions or agencies na gusto mong isend nila ung results ng exam m... 1st step po nmin kc ielts muna then skills assessment. . Tama po b? Ayaw po kc nmin mg agency ang mahal. Salamat po

@sarmientowl you may just fill up the form and indicate Engineers australia sa form. Not sure if hiningi pa address sa form e. And as for the result, no need to forward the result to EA thru BC or IDP. Pwede na mismo ikaw mag upload and just indicate your test report form number.

@garfield usually nasa letterhead ung email or contact details ng company. If your COE is not printed in your company's letterhead, then either EA will ask you to resubmit COE in letterhead or other documents that will show your employer's details. But there is also a chance naman na hindi na nila pansinin un. but either way, there's nothing to worry about sa ngayon.

@garfield usually after 3-5 working days may assessing officer na. ung sakin 10working days lang from submission date then na approve na. Goodluck!

@jkk32w sis ask ko lng may idea kaba sa working permit? ang EA kc nanghihingi ng working permit ni husband sa current job nya, prang dito sa middle east contract lang at offer letter eh. baka po my alam ikaw. maraming salamat

@garfield I submitted scan copy of my visa page and emirates ID. Inaccept naman ni CO. Got my positive assessment last January 15.

@jkk32w ask ko lng po how did you request NBI clearance dito sa Dubai Consulate?Ganu po katagal yung release? Thanks.

Dapat po ba minimum of 8yrs work experience bago mag pa EA assessment?
