@langgam37 @hi, ask coh lang kung pano yung ginawa mo sa career episode mo. kase nagpa assess na acoh sa EA. CE grad acoh pero qs experience coh for 5 yrs here sa sg. May comments yung EA sa career episode coh n iexpand. May sample ka ba ng career episode?

hi po, kung ang current at previous jobs ko walang "engineer" sa title, sa skill assessment or sa nomination ng occupation, pwede ba piliin yung may "engineer" na name gaya ng "Production or Plant Engineer" or i-choose ko yung lower level na "Engineering Technologist"?

Work Exp. All from Manufacturing

Engineer (Phils) May1997 - Jan2003 (5yrs7mos)

Production Supervisor (SG) Aug2006-Feb2008 (1yr5mos)

Engineering Technical Support (SG) Aug2008-April2010 (1yr8mos)

Engineering Specialist (SG) May2010-Current (5yrs8mos+)

Tanungin pa kaya yung gap ko from 2003-2006?

Ilang "yrs" of Exp kaya i-credit nila?

Hi guys! Pwede bang instead of employment reference ang ibigay is employment contract? Di kase makakuha from previous colleagues and even the company itself. Any other alternatives? Thank you sa mga sasagot!

@mahbi employment reference is coe na magpapatunay na employed ka from this time to this time..kung wala, puede naman siguro contract + payslips / itr + notices of promotion.. sa CV na nga lang makikita ung end date mo sa ex company na yan.

yung kilala ko ME grad din and his position at work are different tlaga, ung position nio isa airport manager, tas head of sales. As in sobrang walang engineer/ engineering na word sa designation. To be safe he requested for the skilled employment assessment as ME from IEA. So far ok namn narecognised ung 8 years of work nia and he’s presently in SA, migrated as PR last year.

Nag enquire din ako sa EA about that if possible na contract of employment, payslip and tax assessment ang iprovide and here’s their response:

Based on the information provided I can confirm the mentioned document might be considered under Column A option 2 and Column B as stated in page 29 of the Migration Skills Assessment booklet https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/sites/default/files/shado/About%20Us/Migration%20Skills%20Assessment/msa_booklet_2016.pdf . I suggest proceeding with the assessment with what document you have now and wait for feedback from your assessment.

Mejo weird kasi accdg sa booklet, you need to provide detailed description ng tasks. Maybe u can get a statutory declaration from one of your former colleague stating your duties at work.

@Xiaomau82 wow, kaka-inspire naman, sana ok di sakin.. tanong lang, yung yrs of exp credited lang ba ay yung sa nasa "last 10yrs", i mean those work exp lang frm 2006 to present, tama ba pagka-intindi ko? salamat po sa khit sinong sumagot.

@dreamoz pwede lang natin maclaim is in the past 10 yrs, eto ang sabi sa DIBP; "Skilled employment: evidence of working full-time in skilled employment in the 10 years before you were invited to apply": hope it helps. goodluck...

@andylhen Thanks. Just curious, kelan po need iconsider yun standard CDR assessment <b>+ Relevant Skilled Employment assessment</b>?

@cuterein, standard assessment takes 2 months before the outcome letter. I have done additional Skilled Employment Assessment since I am applying for IE, but I have one position which is Production Engineer. So I need the additional assessment so that both will fall as an IE. You just need to be firm and accurate in creating your career episode.
