I tried to call and emailed them, and this is their reply. Kung hindi pa nag follow-up d pa mag aasikasuhin hehehe.

"Dear Aaron,

Thank you for your email.

Please note that when you choose the Fast Track Service, this means that rather than waiting the 11-12 weeks to be assigned to an assessor, you skip the queue and have your application assigned to the assessor in 10 working days.

As per the information on our website:

MSA Fast Track fee is not refundable.
Fast tracked applications will be assigned to an assessor within 10 business days from receipt of payment.
The time frame for receiving an outcome depends solely on the quality of the lodged application.
Engineers Australia will not be responsible for the length of time to finalise assessments as a result of incorrect or incomplete applications.

I have spoken to your assessor today and he has advised me that since you have now submitted all of the requested additional information that he will attempt to finalize this and email you shortly.

I got my ea result but they deduct 4 years from my work experience in my current company. 2013 02016 lang na provide kong tax report. Wala n kasi ako record nung una. Sa mga taga Singapore dito,, ano pong ubang supporting documents pinasa nila as alternative?

in lieu of tax report, bank statements showing na nagdedeposit sila ng sahod sa account mo (para sa work mo dito sa SG).. sa pinas kahit sss or pag ibig contri..

@ZYMETH hinihingi ba ngvassesor mo yung tax report mo? yun ba yung dahilan kaya di counted yung experience mo.

well sa case ko kasi COE lang binigay ko. just curious

pwede ka siguro mag enquire, usually 10 days may assessor na dapat. tas within 1 month may result na.

@Electrical_Engr_CDR yes bro nanghinge sya pero sabi ko wala n available copy. 20013 to 2016 lang meron ako. nag ask kA no additional na pede ipasa as support paso d n imi binalikan.. possible kaya mag appeal?

@Captain_A Bro, 5 years and 7 months lang na count skin sa EA assessement. But ang toot e more than 10 years na yung work experience ko. pede ko ba gamitin na un..? Don ba kukunin ng skill select yung year of experience ko? or seperate Yung page count ng skill select sa years of experience?

@ZYMETH Hindi kasi ako nag ask ng refund. Nag monitor lang ako sa online. After 10 days na wala pa, I told them na advertised nila na nasa assessor na after 10 working days kaya ako nag avail. pero more than that wala pa rin so parang balewala ung payment ko sa supposedly "fast track." then nakareceive ako ng email na refund nila ung binayad ko and sisiguraduhin na magkakaroon na ng assessor on the same day. same day din lumabas ung result and na credit lahat ng claims ko for work experience.

@ZYMETH ilang points ka na kapag 5 years lang ung work experience? kapag pasok naman sa threshold na 60 points, pwede na yan siguro submit. hindi mo nabigay ata ung hinihingi na sa tax. kung wala ka, dapat nasagot mo na wala ka na nung tax copy but you have other documents to support your claim that you have indeed worked with that company such as bank statment, payslips, maybe afffidavit from hr. maybe you can appeal and provide the docs. bottomline lang naman e may support ka ng third party na naging employed ka sa company na concerned.

@ZYMETH uu pre mag appeal ka. lalo kung di umabot sa 60 ang pts mo. karapatan mo yan bro ipaglaban mo. dapat sinabi nya yun sayo bago sya nag bigay ng assessment letter sayo.

@tangentph bro same present company ko ung d na cover mg count nila. Kaya pede tlaga siguro ako mah appel. D sila nkipag communicate din ng maayos.d aabot ng 55 points namin pag 5 years lang.

@Electrical_Engr_CDR pwede din sir hehehe.. tignan ko muna magiging results ng ielts ko.. question lang sir.. if ever man na d ako mag claim ng points para sa relevant skilled employment pero nsa 60+ pa din points ko.. me issue ba un?

@ZYMETH so sa current na pinagttrabahian mo, halimbawa 4 years ka na dyan, 1 year lang na count nila? or you meant na totally hindi na cover ung whole years ng employment mo sa current employer? anong supporting document na provide mo sa EA? na cover ba ng CDR mo ung sa current mo?

@mugsy27 wala naman, bottomline is 60 pts minimum. if ever mababa ang ielts mo but pasado sa EA (6.5). gamitin mo na lang sa EA skills assessment. tapos pwede ka kmuha ng pte academic para sa dibp. mas madali kasi makakuha ng mataas dun pwede mo makuha yung 20pts dun.

Yes bro, 8 years n ako sa current employer ko from july 2008 till present. Na cover lang nila e from 2013 -2016 march. Cover din ng CDR ko Yung current ko. lack of documents daw. Try ko unit saguaro mag email sa monday.

@ZYMETH meron sa MSA booklet ungg list ng supporting docs. kung meron ka nun,tanong mo kung pwede ka mag appeal. meron din sa booklet un appeal procedures. ang alam ko kasi ung appeal e based sa presented docs during assessment. not sure kung pwede kang mag introduce ng additional docs for the appeal but you can nicely ask. site mo na lang reason kung bakit hindi ka nakapag provide ng docs before.
