Hi everyone. Medyo nagkakaproblema ako sa current employer ko. Nanhihingi ako ng COE (this is the reference letter, right?) with details na naka-enumerate sa EA MSA booklet. They told me they couldn't include all details (i.e., whether full time or part time and number of hours per week). Seriously? They told me, "Standard COE only includes this and that blah blah". It's like they cannot change and be flexible enough to include other details as requested by the employee.
Pero actually nanghingi na ako dati ng COE sa kanila for tourist visa. Nilagay nila "regular employee" doon sa document. Is this understood already as full time employee? Will this suffice? Medyo napaparanoid ako dahil sa COE ko kasi medyo rigid ang current employer ko.
Has anybody encountered the same problem? Ayokong ma-delay (or worse.... ayoko na sabihin haha) nang dahil lang sa COE. 🙁
