Hi @inthenow , there is this so-called "danger" or possibility na nawala siya sa list, pero there is no guarantee naman na nawawala na siya nxt FY. Even if flagged na, it doesnt necessarily mean na tatanggalin na siya sa next FY reset.

So far wala pa naman akong nabasa na pag flagged na, means "confirmed" na matatanggal na, but I think it should mean something, so it means there is a possibility. Let's hope and pray na wag ma-remove. [-O<

Regarding dun sa 15 points for 11years of work experience, im not sure why hindi kinount ng MARA agent nyo. Question, pag under agent ba, sino naglolodge ng EOI, kayo o ung agent? (So sorry not sure with this one)

Anyway, as long as clearly inistate ni EA ung relevant period of experience, i dont see any reason para hindi icount nung agent. Maybe you could clarify this also with your agent. Though actually kht nga hindi certified by EA na relevant(kung di ka nagRSEA), pwede mo parin iclaim, pero as you mentioned nga, TBD by DIBP.

@amoj , i think wala namang issue yun. Mejo flexible naman ung mga education natin. Lets say iconsider ka sa engineering technologist with 10 yrs experience, if magapply ka for telco engineer next time, maaring less years of experience nlng ang iaward sayo(unless mas related sa telco engineer ung majority ng experience mo, pero if ganun, inapprove na dapat nila itong assessment mo)

As long as related either ung work mo or ung education mo sa isang nominated occupation, I think pwede ka naman magchange ng nominated occupation from one to another, un nga lang, magkakatalo nlng sa iaaward sau sa assessment.

Halimbawa ECE grad ka with experience of 2 yrs as electronics engineer, let say sa semicon, then 8 years experience as network engineer sa telco, pwede ka magapply on either occupations, most likely you will be qualified for either Electronics Engineer or Telco Engineer or Telco Network engineer, magkakatalo nlng kung ilang years of relevant experience ang ikacount ni EA.... Yun ay kung magRSEA ka. Kung di ka magRSEA, then no issue naman siguro sa qualification as long as majustify mo in your CPD and it is upto you based from your judgement alin ang related sa nominated occupation mo which will later be subject to approval ng DIBP.

@inthenow additional info lng based on my experience. EA credited my experience from 2004-2017 as relevant experience but my engineering experience from 2004-2007 is not similar for electronics engr job description. Generic job description lng ibinigay ko for this period.

Same with @rosch walang nabawas sa working experience ko from 2004-2017. May isang job ako sa Singtel na hindi talaga pasok sa pagiging professional engineer. I was expecting na di credited yun (since sa ACS irrelevant cya) but good thing nacredit lahat. I submitted yung actual JD ng Product Development Manager. Hindi ko ito mabago kasi yung Director ang pipirma.

Then for my career episodes, I demonstrated yung entry level which is Engineer then sunod yung integration engineer tapos yung third ko naman as solution architect.

As engineer, nademonstrate ko yung pagiging independent and keen to details. How I collaborate with working teams to ensure na machieve yung project. Ang nakalagay sa akin dito yung network diagram lang. Simple lang yung diagram ko. Interconnection lang ng mga SMSC papunta sa Switches.

As integration engineer, ang highlight naman dito yung role ko as decision maker. Lalo kapag may issue yung project. Anong klaseng decision ginawa mo.. Paano mo pinaalam sa customer at internal stakeholders. May diagram ako dito medyo high-level lang din..

Then finally as Solution Architect, ang paghandle ng tao, paghandle ng client, pressure from timeline, pressure sa issue sa ground, issue ng mga test cases. Ano yung show stopper paano handle para meet timeline etc. Sa ganun tumatakbo yung story line ko. Mas madami yung mga pictures ko dito. Pero wala akong computation, wala akong mga graphs. High-level network diagrams lang talaga.

Sa conclusion ko, lesson learned ang drama. Anong natutunan at realization or reflection ko..

@Krisian parang ang intindi ko po ay same sa nyo. I aassess lang nila once marelease na un official 2017-2018 na occupation list.

Nakakaworry kase kasama sa flagged list un occupation ko..

Hi pinoy au, First, sorry for this long post. May feedback na un assessor ko today. Feedback from Assessor "Please note that the provided documents are not sufficient as a proof of employment. Please provide: 1. A reference letter stating more specific duties (or duties on specific projects) related to Civil Engineering 2. Social security statements covering the whole period of employment Assessor Comments Please provide the requested information within a month. Please note that if some of the requested documents are not provided, the assessment may be finalised without any further request and therefore some or all the work experience may not be recognised. I look forward to continuing with your assessment upon reciept of the requested information." Tanong ko lang mga boss kung: (1) Ok na itong mga balak kong ilistang duties para sa revised COE:
Design and analysis of concrete foundation and steel structures for various mining, oil and gas, and petrochemical plants.
Prepare calculation reports based on the designed steel structures and concrete foundations for documentation and/or permitting purposes.
Provide engineering sketches that will serve as basis for detailed engineering drawings to draftspersons; and review said detailed drawings before construction.
Perform specialized engineering duties like vibration analysis, blast design, and steel connection design whenever needed.
Assist the Lead engineer in planning work assignments, provide technical engineering support, develop cost-effective solutions to project problems, etc.
(2) Ano un pinaka maganda ipasa as social security statement? BIR Form 2316 for yrs 2012,2012,2015, & 2016 kasi pinasa ko. Nawala ko kasi un para sa 2014 & un sa 2017 eh syempre hindi pa available. (3)Nabasa na kaya ng Assessor un career episodes ko? possible ba na me hingin pa siya iba? Salamat sa mga nagtyagang magbasa ng post ko. Please help me... {:(

@glorified4man as many specific duties na kaya mong ilagay. ung mga nandun sa CDR mo na duties, ilagay mo lahat dyan sa COE. pati equipments used ilagay mo na rin. wala naman wrong COE as long as yan talaga ang job mo. With regards sa SSS, puede kang kumuha ng SSS certificate from any SSS branch. Ang iba dito, they just get their SSS contribution from the internet.

Medyo hassle po kasi kumuha COE dito sa current employer ko. Iniinterview pa and very awkward kumuha ng COE. Parang candidate ka kagad sa tangalan kapag nalaman nila na pwede ka umalis.

Kung sakali po kaya na un na un nakalagay na duties ko? Specific enough na po ba un?

@cliffhanger82 Sa company kasi namin me official document tungkol sa list of duties. Kumuha ako ng 5 dun:
Employ cost competitive engineering techniques to develop the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline engineering work
Incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors in design
Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures
Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
Kanina ininterview ako ng department head namin. Gusto nya ipaverify ko pa sa mga previous supervisors ko un mga bago list of duties na nilagay ko. Hay... Para tuloy pinagkalat ko na sa buong department na nagaaply ako ng migration. Sana nabasa na ng assessor un career episodes ko and wala na siya comment pa... eto na lang sana tapos positive outcome na!

@glorified4man i see, sobrang generic talaga iyong una mong duties and responsibilities. Make it sure na iyong bagong duties ay mag match sa 3 career episode mo. Good luck

@Krisian nuon pa kase naka nanganganib occupation ko. Tas un changes nila last month e naka caveat na nga un occupation ko at d na din eligible for 190 unlike before

Dagdagan mo lang po ng specific duties for civil which is in line with your career episodes like for example structural analysis, soil investigations, softwares used like etabs, etc. Kasi yang mga nakalagay ay pwede rin yan duties ng ibang engineering discipline :) About sa social security, kuha ka lang sa SSS online, more than enough na yun in my experience with EA :)
