Question lang mga Sir. Regarding sa Statutory Declaration/Affidavit para sa Skilled Employment Assessment ng EA, kailangan pa ba ng Authorized Witness like attorney or ok lang na Dept Head or Manager ang pumirma? Dito kasi ako naka base sa Dubai. Ayaw kasi mag lagay ng HR namin ng Job Description sa COE.

Hi po ask lang po ng help, i already submitted my cdr po to EA, they are now asking po for my PRC documents, yung problem ko po i failed the board exam last 2011, paano po kaya gagawin ko? I am a graduate po ng BSECE. 🙁

@Krisian Tell them the truth na wala kng mapprovide na license, wala naman ng ibang option. All the best!

Thanks @jiomariano , will that affect my application outcome? I mean mas ok ba sabihin ko nalang na I dont have a prc license because I didnt take the board exam? or mas ok na sabihin ko na yung totoo na i didnt pass the board exam? thank you thank you

@Krisian I'm sorry pero wala ako first hand experience, maybe the others can share their opinion. IMHO, sabihin mo yung totoo kasi di natin alam ang extent ng verification process ng EA or DIBP, mahirap na kasi mahuli with false claims. Do you know anong section ang school mo? If section 1 school ka, I heard na mas lenient sila sa assessment.

@nit@sirk kontakin mo sila ASAP.email mo then pag di magreply, tawagan mo.meron k nmn name ng assessor mo di ba?mas malala pa nga nangyari sakin ksi lahat ng companies ko ayaw bigyam ng relevant exp. Pero gonwa ko kinontak ko at tinwagam pault ulit..explaon ko then thru email..ayon nabigyan ako ng new re§ult.positive all experiences.

@ivandemarco Via fast track ka po ba sir? I submitted standard non-fast track CDR +RSEA last April 24, as per the email confirmation sent by EA, 19 weeks ang duration. Idk ang latest update on the fast track duration.

Hi @Grifter kamusta EOI application mo? did you have any problem with your work experience kasi hindi ka nagRSEA? I am still contemplating if i will proceed with RSEA on my assessment.

@cacophony Someone in the forum said degrees awarded by level 1 institutions are recognised as equivalent to an Australian degree, which explains if section 1 ang school mo eh mas madaling makakuha ng positive assessment.

Oh my! Didn't know about this!!! Is this proven? You see, as of now I only have 55 points. I only met the minimum 6.0 points (competent level) in IELTS and could not claim additional 10 points for the english proficiency. Does it mean that I don't need to take the PTE test anymore and proceed with claiming additional 15 points since my university is a level 1 institution?
