@dorbsdee kasi wala na yung project nila kung saan siya na-aassign. Nademobilize na lahat ng mga tao. So dati niyang managers di na niya alam kung saan hahagilapin. May head office sila pero sa ibang bansa ang naka-base hindi dun sa bansa kung saan na-assign si hubby...

@mallowz18 @dreamnthesea Thank you po! 🙂 Yes, I submitted a Stat Decl last month not knowing na may bago ng MSA booklet. Comment lang po nun ni assessor is hindi raw po nakalagay yung position ng supervisor ko sa stat declaration. So I provided a COE of my boss on official company letterhead stating his commencement, position and that I am directly reporting to him. Next, comment din po ni assessor na my work experience should be close to the nominated occupation, which is mechanical engineering. So, with the help of HR manager and my boss, we composed a "new" COE on official company letterhead stating my specific mechanical engineering duties and responsibilities, number of work hours in a week, full time position, commencement and compensation, which is actually the new RSEA requirement that's referenced sa MSA 2017. So I think yung stat declaration didn't make any relevance anymore but I still provided my boss's COE just to have a strong backing and hindi na ako balikan pa ni assessor for any rectifications. 🙂

Guys, regarding sa claim of points sa work experience, pwede po ba mag-underclaim ng months of experience even if EA included it as relevant? I feel like my current Unit Lead position is not relevant sa mechanical engineering occupation but more inclined on engineering management na kasi sya? In either case naman there's no bearing kasi my 5 years have been covered sa technical side ng mechanical engineering work experience ko...

@cacophony tingin ko okay lang kung present employment mo yan at wala kang claim na part of it. sa EOI kasi nakalagay yung start date ng employment at end, tpos kung up to present may button ata na you have to tick na nagtatanong 'Is this your present employment. Pero kung nagiba ka na ng position pwede mo siguro breakdown. Nga pala ano ba minamanage mo sa work mo? project ba or yung team mo lang kasi Unit Lead ka? Hindi mo ba tininingnan or check yung mga gawa ng mga members mo? kung pasok naman sa ANZSCO description yung work mo relevant pa rin yun, pero kung wala kang marelate sa ANZSCO sa role mo ngayon tingin ko hindi na relevant... Sana nakatulong...

@VNCunanan First step is to check your nominated job description na dapat related or closely related sa present work mo. For Mechanical Engineers ANZSCO 233512.

Then apply for Migration Skill Assessment sa EA (Engineers Australia), check nyo po yung requirements nila sa latest MSA booklet, Minimum English po is Competent 6.0 all Elements kung IELTS (note sure kung ano equivalent for PTE). Afterwards kung positive po yung skill assessment submit EOI then pag invited napo kayo apply visa... Sana nakatulong... Goodluck sa Journey mo....

Suggest ko po magbackread po kayo at check nyo rin po yung Engineers Australia website at DIBP website, tapos kung may maencounter po kayo na nalalabuan kayo or anything na gusto nyo maliwanagan, ask po kayo dito sa forum.. Marami pong tutulong at magreresponse sa query nyo... I did the same when I started my Journey...

@VNCunanan hello. yung ipapa assess nyo po sa ea ay yung nominated occupation nyo. So kung ME ang profession nyo, ME po ang iaapply nyo sa EA para i assess nila

@dorbsdee I've been reviewing the 2335 job scope and somehow my tasks are linked to these:

studying functional statements, organisational charts and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplicationestablishing work measurement programs and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilisation

*analysing workforce utilisation, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies

I've asked others around na rin and they suggest to include my Unit Lead position na lang din since EA deemed it relevant.

Hello. May mga nakuha nakasi akong COE sa mga company ko. Tanong ko lang sana kung need ko pa ba ng stat declaration? Galing sa HR ung COE ko

@engr.len if detailed naman ung CoE mo (mentions full time, sweldo, duties and responsibilities, start and end date then with header ng company na may address, phone number etc), I guess okay na yan. No need for SD.

Hi po, maglo-lodge pa lang po ako ng EA, ask ko po sana about payslips..

Ilang payslips po ang ibibigay per company? ung latest lang din po ba or need na pa ing first payslip sa company?Thanks po in advance 🙂

Hi po. Need advise. I got my EA positive assessment but yung relevant skill work experience ko binigay nila 5 years lang instead of 9 years (same company lang) reason daw is kulang documents ko.. (may 4 years na income tax ako na hindi na submit).

Nag inquire na ko before DIPB if e follow ba nila ung EA result ko na 5 years lang which will give me less points or yung actual na 9 years work experience ko, reply nila DIPB pa din daw final na mag assesses.

Ask ko lang if same pa din ba ang process? Or nag re-rely na si DIPB sa result na binibigay ng EA for the no. of work experience. Thank you in advance sa sasagot. 🙂
