@69ersss bro importante kasi ung job description. Kung hindi talaga mabigay, pwede kang humingi ng personal recommendation directly sa immediate sueprvisor mo with the jib description. If ayaw pa din, try mo ung letter of offer sayo or ung contract mo sa company, usually nakalagay dun ang duties and responsibilities mo.

Hi po, Tanung ko lang po kung paano ang bilang ng working experience if currently employed pa din, halimbawa Jan 1, 2017 date of hired, tapos nagpaassess sa EA, continuous po ba or freeze upon submission sa EA?

@alegnallanes Same case kayo ng friend ko. Thesis, OJT and 1st job nya ung career episodes nya. Yung 1st job nya 6 months lang actually.

Yung case ko naman, out of my 3 career episodes, one is about my school project. I emailed EA last year regarding that kasi nga short periods lang ung employment ko. No problem naman daw kasi ang chinececk nila is ung qualifications natin so school projects are very much welcome kahit no work experience.

@69ersss Sa MSA ok lang ung simple COE basta may nakasaad na position, duration of employment, contact details at address of employer..ung basic infos. Tapos na ako sa MSA, ok naman po ung ganun na COE without job responsibilities.

Pero sa Visa application daw po kailangan ung may job description. Nabasa ko po sa thread for Electrical Engineers. Yung nga rin po ung hihingiin ko sa former employer ko kasi ung bigay sa akin ng HR is ung COE without details of my responsibilities.

Thanks @MumVeng ! Good to know na okay na sa MSA ang COE with basic infos.

Medyo nahihirapan ako humingi sa previous employers ko ng detailed COE. I even prepared the template myself para pipirmahan na lang nila pero nakapastrict nila pagdating sa paggamit ng letterhead ng company. Good luck sa paghingi natin! 😃

@MumVeng thank you so much po sa respinse! Actually po yung ojt ko lang is almost 2 months lang kaya hindi ko po alam paano ieexpand yun. Nakapag assess nadin po ba kayo, and positive naman po result? Electrical din po ba kayo? Salamat!

@69ersss Sir try mo i-check ung electrical engineers thread. May nagkaganyan na problema din. Parang ang ginawa nila COE + job description na pirmado ng immediate superior. Check nyo po ung thread for electrical engineers para matanong nyo ung mismong engineer na ganun ung ginawa. Nahirapan din sila kumuha ng detailed COE.

@alegnallanes Electrical din ako. Yesterday lang ako nag-positive result. Actually, ung 2 career episodes ko ay very short activities lang sa company. Pag sinulat naman kasi humahaba din basta magaling ka mag-explain ng details. Ung OJT ko hindi interesting kaya hindi ko isinama, pero kung ok naman ung OJT mo at mapapahaba mo siya ok na un. Just discuss in detail and use the points in the Summary Statement to guide you on what aspects to include.

hello everyone, may clarify lang sana ako. regarding payslips. required ba na makapag produce ng payslips sa buong during ng employment? in my case kasi both sa company 1 and 2, i was able to keep mga around 10 copies each lang ng payslips. Sa company 1 i have additional supporting documents naman such as SSS at Pagibig contribution. then sa company 2 (overseas), i plan to submit last pay calculation.

sa mga may same case as mine, kindly advise. thank you so much in advance!

Hi @michtery_aus di ako nakasubmit ng payslips for EA, SSS lang yung proof ko and ok naman. di lang ako sure sa overseas work mo 🙂

hi! @michtery_aus share ko lang rin hinanapan ako ng ITR ng EA, I initially provide them payslips and philhealth for that particular company. Tapos di ko rin talaga ma provide yun bir form 2316 (ITR) tinanggap naman un SSS tapos may ina-attached na lang ako explanation with extracts of email exchanges na hindi na ma provide ng company un itr. 🙂
