Sharing my experience with EA.
June 7 - Submitted my CDR + RSEA + Fast Track.
July 6 (Friday) - EA assessor made contact. Left a note in my EA portal to this effect - "Income Tax Return not considered as evidence of employment. Refer to MSA booklet for other secondary documentation". EA mentioned Income Tax Receipt - I have no idea what is it even up to this day.
I dropped pursuing the income tax records as evidence of employment. Logged in to my SSS portal and printed to pdf actual contributions and other relevant documentation like Employment History. Uploaded all files same day.
Note: I uploaded complete ITRs on initial submission - but decided not to include SSS records on assumption that ITRs were more than enough evidence of employment.
July 10 - Received emails of assessor acknowledgment of receipt of additional documentation and positive outcome results - both sent by EA same time.
