@mlcntdee yung asawa nyo po ba is licensed EE? And ano section ng school nya? That can be one reason behind getting incompetent results

@piput01 thanks for the link sir! More on sa Fiber Optics yung project management stint ko and sa mga required docs before proceeding sa implementation mg projects. Sana maging positive din po yung assessment ko like you.. nahihirapan din nga po ako sa paggawa ng CDR..

@jeffasuncipn Sir, I just read the link you sent me... nakita ko po dun at least 5 years exp? Worried na ako lalo kasi 3 years lang ung exp ko for that job.. Sa Software quality assurance kasi ung 1st job ko. keri lang ba yun? May idea po ba kayo ano magiging outcome ng assessment ko?

@piput01 i can send you my CDR for reference if you want lang din.. 2. about skills assessment icnt say na tatangapin or hindi ni EA ung software quality experience mo kasi sila talaga mag decision.. pero sofware quality ng? baka may related sa Telecom if for example, software ng Cisco equipment which is ginagamit sa network.. basta make sure lang be clear and make it related sa paggawa ng cdr kasi si EA dun sila mag based at syempre sa COE mo .. basta if may budget ka ipaasess mo din ung experience mo if valid or not. lastly, ang alam ko ang minimum to get 5 points from your experience is 3years..

@jeffasuncipn bale 1 year akong software QA for Smart Telecom, sa mobile data services nila and 3 years sa project management ng iba pang telco.. sobrang kinakabahan talaga ako magpaassess, pakiramdam ko tagilid ako! @piput01 actually sa globe nag QA din ako for sofware define network for 2G and 3G tapos sya ung ginawa kong basis sa paggawa ng isa kong CE1.. aun ok naman parang same ung work natin check mo na lng ung CDRs ko..Tapos think positive laban lang 🙂

thank you @ms_ane and @seekerAU sa advice. nagreply na yung EA sakin ngayon at sabi "without fast track" daw application ko and they are currently assessing Nov. 18 applications. Nagreply na rin ako that I applied and paid for fast track service. I also attached the receipt. nakakalungkot lang nakakahinayang binayad ko sa fast track 300 aud 🙁

Hello po sa mga Production or Plant Engineer na na assess ni EA.

Mag tatanong po ulit ako, natapos ko na ang CDR ko. Pero mag seek lang ako ng advise sa inyo.

CE 1 - about sa project handling, ako ang team leader dito. Yung project is about set up nang new model (new mold sa molding industry)

CE 2 - member ako ng isang project and more on design and programming ang sinabi ko dito. (automation process sa molding industry din)

CE 2 - member ako ng isang project and more on design at programming din ako dito pero mas advance ang technology kesa sa CE 2 (automation process sa molding industry)

Yung CE 1 ko is 1 employer, and yung CE 2 and CE 3 same employer.

Pasok kaya ako sa production or plant engr pag ganto ang CE ko?

Hi! @MLBS yes, REE sya/board passer. From Mapua sya. Ang reason is yung career episodes nya, nung una sabi similar daw sa iba, then nagbigay kami ng bago tapos biglang not competent na.

@mlcntdee pasado naman ang education standards.. may details daw po ba bat naging incompetent? Yung unang episode ba na sinend nyo is talaga bang may similarity sa iba?

@datch29 tama si JHONIEL. and as long as maipakita mo na yung experience mo dyan e sufficient sa requirements ni EA, hindi ka dapat mamroblema. As for CE 2 and CE3, siguro tip ko lang na i-emphasize mo yung leadership and technical skills na inputs mo sa project assuming na member ka ng isang team, and probably not the team lead. Godbless!
