Yes, if those HR managers still work with the company. Otherwise, no.

@sammiesam hello po baka pwede din po ako makahingi sample CV at CDR nyo po under EA.

Galing din po ako sa Telco kaso po napunta ako under ibang department Support Facilities Engineer (Power) then nung na-absorb po ako under Telco din, naging project management na po role ko.

BTW graduate din po ako ng ECE.

Okay pa rin po ba na magpa-assess ako kay EA under Telecommunications Engineer?

@clarep wala pong bearing kung PRC licensed or not pagdating sa assessment result ni EA, sa CDR po sila magbabase dun.

Bale sa Educat'l level lang po merong konting deciding factor/s (i.e. School Section, CDR quality, Work Experience) kung Diploma or Bachelors ang ma-a-assess saenyu na Qualification

Hello. Help po. Magpapa-assess kasi kami sa Engineers Australia. Anung assessment po dapat? Standard CDR lang or with relevant skills assessment? Meron kasi nag advise samin na friend na nabigyan na ng PR na standard CDR lang pero sabi migration agent CDR + relevant skilled assessment.

@zirko thank you for the reply. I emailed ACS directly and apparently hindi nila tinatanggap. So, i tracked down my former supervisor and asked for an affidavit. Sir, may I ask something regarding notaries and ctc’s. Yung payslips, itr’s and all prime docs, okay ba na yung lawyer sa notary ang mag-ctc or dapat dalhin ko sa mga respective agencies to have it ctc’d?

@kmma you can do either... as long as you have all the supporting docs of your work experience in the past 10 years, I reckon walang issue with Immi. But, if want EA to give their opinion if your experience is relevant to claim pts. pwede din...

In my case I did relevant skilled assessment twice, meaning dalawang beses ako nagbayad for the RSA.

The good side is, nagamit ko sya for employment...

May mga employer kasi na di naniniwala sa experience overseas lalo na sa Pinas.

So, sabi ko during my interview, my experience overseas is recognised by Engineer's Australia and I'm a member of the Institution.

I had my assessment standard MSA only, I did not opt for RSEA. I asked my agent before why and this is her opinion : " this is a money making ploy of EA because why do they have to charge separately for this when the skills assessment should take into account relevant qualifications both for education and work experience and yet they get people to pay extra just to put this in their letter of determination. Secondly, it is the job of a Case Officer with Home Affairs to do their own verifications and checks"

Luckily I already have my visa grant without any further employment verifications and RSEA. I only submitted the reference letter and that's it.

Nasa gantong sitwasyon din ako dati ehehe. Nag RSEA ako, parang pang peace of mind sya. Pero marami din ako nabasa dito na hindi nag RSEA.

The EA route doesn't require notaries, at least with my submitted requirements. May we know why you mentioned ACS?

CDR with RSEA for me. For most of the last 10 years, I've been working already on senior equivalent of my nominated occupation. I need EA to attest in my behalf that those years still count. It's a blessing that EA recognized all years of experience as I claimed.

Hello po! question lang po sana with regards to Reference/Endorsement Letter.

I used to work for an agency po kasi then absorbed and namaitain ko ung position with the same supervisor ng company. Im preparing po the draft na ganito po sanang format.

This is to certify that (NAME) was employed by (NAME of AGENCY) to work (COMPANY NAME) from (DATE) and was absorbed as a regular employee with the same position from (DATE).

(NAME) was employed …………………… (JOB POSITION) (SALARY) (HRS/WEEK)

Since HR ng agency and company does not provide COE with duties, I requested po for standard COE for both companies. Bale po Endorsement letter po will be signed by my immediate supervisor since parehas lang naman, then two standard COE from the agency and the company mismo. Any thought po with this. or anyone here na ng work din po under an agency. Thank you po.
