@czianczia28 tama si @ms_ane, RSEA is more on personal preference. I had my grant without availing RSEA and claimed the maximum points. No questions asked or any employment verification. I think depende din yan sa CO.

RSEA is for those applicants who want to offload from the CO the task of reviewing claim of years of experience during visa application. The happier the CO, the smoother and faster the visa grant.

Meanwhile, RSEA requires the applicant to collate employment evidences early in the process. This eases some pressure to the applicant during lodging of visa application - when we all need the sharpest focus and utmost care. 🙂

RSEA for me. You just need to provide the primary and secondary documents needed. It should be ALL as stated in MSA.

@zirko very well said - sobrang agree ako.

and by doing RSEA, ma ensure mo na matapos mo na lahat ng leg work sa pagcollect ng work evidence mo at the earlier stage of your journey - unlike kapag wala then sumakto na hinanapan ka during CO contact, I don’t think 28 days will be enough to comply (medyo stressful ito nakikita ko lang)

In my opinion, lahat ng hinirap naten happens before or during our skills assessment phase. Kapag naitawid mo na ito, e free ka na from worry. Ito lang naman ang advantage ng RSEA pero syempre we don’t dismiss the fact na pedeng pede din naman na wala nito.

@drwn_velarde I think oo kung meron ka po. nklagay un sa requirements sa MSA booklet.

peo sa case ko wala po ako so no need.

Question po for overseas exp.. Sa COE ko ayaw po ilagay ng HR yung sahod at no.of working hours ko, pero sa labor contract ko available po yung information na yun ok lng po kaya na ipasa ung COE without these info.. then secondary document ko naman is ung labor contract ko?

@anastasia.salvador yung isang COE ko is ganyan din walang salary and working hours, nag pasa nalang ako ng payslip para sa salary. Wala din ako pinasa na details regarding sa working hours ko. Yung secondary documents na pinasa ko is Form 2316 and SSS.

My husband is an Electrical Engineering graduate in Mapua. Hindi nya na practice yung course nya since pinag manage sya ng conventional poultry farm ng parents nya. Though part ng job nya sa paoultry ay to maintain yung electrical wires and all. Possible ba na makapag pa assess kami sa EA? Gusto ko sana mag claim ng 5 points nya and we're preparing for the Nov. 16, 2019 points computation amendment.

Hi meron po ba ditong 312511 Mechanical Engineering Drafsperson na nagpa assessed before, ask ko lang po kung mg rerequire pa sila ng PRC lisence. Mechanical Engineering graduate po sya pero di nakapasa sa board exam... Thank you po in advance

Hello po, ask ko lang po, meron po kasi akong total of 4years work experience, pero po 2 years in production/manufacturing and 2 years in Procurement. Makakuha po ba ako ng 5 points sa work experience or dapat po same industry para po makuha ung 3 years na points po. Thank you po
