Regarding Skills Assessment, for example po, may dati po akong company, for which I stayed for 3 months or so.. But due to some misunderstandings and Miscommunications about schedule. (I was asked to report on sundays. Which is hindi po pwede dahil may other errands po ako pag sunday) I wasn't able to report during those days. Hanggang sa na terminate po ako. Dahil po dun, hindi ako pwedeng ma issuehan ng COE due to the company rules.
Tanong ko po is, can I make a statutory statement for this matter? Para hindi maging invalid yung experience ko while nandun ako sa company? Thank you po sa sasagot. Cheers!
